Review of ea

Absolutely abysmal.

Shockingly bad customer service.To preface this, I have never created an EA account, so when I received an email saying I one had been created using my email address (along with emails from three other companies in the same vein) I realised my email was compromised and immediately secured my email account. Unfortunately not before the hacker had violated some sort of ToS and got the account suspended.I then advised EA.com that there was a hacker with ill intent accessing their games using my details, and suggested they remove the account in question entirely, to ensure legitimate gamers were not compromised. I offered to furnish EA with as much information as I could glean from the breach on my end.I received a curt, bot generated response saying that EA have reviewed the suspension, and it would remain in place, then closed the case I had opened. I tried to contact them on X to discuss the matter further, but was ignored entirely.This is in contrast to the other three companies who all responded positively, took appropriate action, and one even offered up some cyber security advice to ensure my bank and other details weren’t also compromised.If I could give EA a negative rating I would, because their disdain for their user base is clear from their lack of care when being advised of a vulnerability within their system.Dreadful optics, and not a good advert for the company. Do better.

Review of booking

Non existent customer service

Booked and paid for 1 nights accommodation in March for 8th June. When we arrived at the property they didn’t have our booking so we had to find alternative accommodation at 6pm which caused more travelling, stress and upset.I have only received a partial refund!! This was in no way my fault. I’ve tried to contacting booking.com 3 times and not had a reply!! Considering they say they are available 24/7 they most definitely are not!

Until know I have been trusting this site, but now I am not at all happy. The reason is that I have been billed with 117.81 USD on the 7th of December without any announcement or any request. Thus, if you know a customer service or any other service to which I can officially complain for this I would greatly appreciate this!

Poor Customer Service/No response

Bought a dimmer light bulb from this company thinking it would work with a 3 way light. There was no information on the package at all. It did have a website which wouldn't load. I contact the company, got a ticket number, they asked me to send a picture of the package, which I did a week ago and still no response. Poor customer service and a lack of information on their products.

I'm extremely disappointed with Domistika's practices. Without my consent, they automatically upgraded my subscription to a yearly plan, charging nearly $200, after I signed up for a course priced at $0.90. When I tried to resolve the issue, their support team didn't respond meaningfully. Instead, I received automated replies that didn't address my concerns.Their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is appalling. It's clear they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. To anyone considering Domistika, I'd strongly advise against it. Their business practices are questionable, and their support is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable alternative.

The program is going very well. I like the lot of quizzes that are included which allow for direct implementation of each section studied. I feel more confident now about writing python scripts and dealing with errors and functions and thats exactly what I was aiming to from this course

Review of target

Shame on you Target for abandoning your DEI policy.

I am wondering how Target can justify a statement on their website stating they offer "Diversity and Inclusion" to their employees. I didn't realize they recently ended their pledge to increase its Black workforce by 20% and their executive racial equity committee. I have been a loyal Target customer for many years because I believed them to be an honest and fair company. I have been placing pick-up orders once or twice a week but after learning they recently bailed on their DEI policies that will stop. Shame on you Target!

Their services are getting worse and worse and is inexistant now. No chat available anymore. And now the system put your payment method on autoconfirm even though you did not want to do it. This platform becomes a criminal now as you do not have any chance to get your money back. So, be aware!

Former Fusion user

For years I used VM Ware's Fusion to run Windows in a virtual environment on my MacBook Pro, primarily because I wanted to run the Windows version of Quicken, which is much more robust than the Mac version. It had been my experience that VM Ware's technical support was outstanding. I was always able to contact a human with little effort. Recently, however, their support function has become less than mediocre, requiring one to wade through their technical database -- a time-consuming effort which resulted in little besides frustration. On a whim, I tried Parallels and, so far, I have been very pleased. It's easy to install and use and it's very intuitive. I hope your technical support, when I need it, is as good.

Just read some of Amazon reviews and it seems that my complaint is not rare!Why don’t the delivery people knock or ring on my door? I waited in all day and go outside early evening to find my two parcels dumped just outside my door, for all the world to see! They could have been stolen and then where would I be?This is why I don’t use Amazon very often, because their delivery system is so shoddy! I just tried to discuss this with an agent, over the phone, but he just didn’t understand, or wasn’t interested! He told me to contact the delivery company! What a cheek! It’s not my job to chase up a complaint!Thanks god there are other more reliable companies that I can use!
