Booked and paid for 1 nights accommodation in March for 8th June. When we arrived at the property they didn’t have our booking so we had to find alternative accommodation at 6pm which caused more travelling, stress and upset.I have only received a partial refund!! This was in no way my fault. I’ve tried to contacting booking.com 3 times and not had a reply!! Considering they say they are available 24/7 they most definitely are not!
