One star is to much for this guys. Sony just lost 3 families and 3 generation of customers. Without any competition and any doubt sony customer support ia leading in WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't speak qith live person amd they demanding that you MUST HAVE internet acces if you want to speak with them even they take your money throug unauthorized payment and yoy as customer will be pleasantly surprised qhen you realize how hard is to get LIVING BEING on tje phone.
