Waste of time

Tried to order a used G&K bass amp from a GC in Alabama. The picture showed a combo amp but the listing title said it was a head. I wanted a combo so I called the store to ask about it. The person I talked to said it was a combo, but it was out for repair at G&K. They said I could still place the order but it wouldn't be able to ship until it returned. I ordered it and a couple of days later I got a call from someone else at that store. They said they wouldn't be able to complete my order because the amp was broken and they would need to send it for repair. I told him guy what the first guy told me, that it was already out for repair and they just wouldn't send it until it returned. He said that's not how they do things and he'd figure out what happened and let me know. I didn't get a call back. I just got a notification later that day that it had shipped. I didn't know if they were sending me a broken one or if it had been repaired or what. When I went to pick it up at my local shop it turned out it they had shipped me a head, not the combo amp pictured. I had to just return it on the spot. Jeeze, figure it out Guitar Center.

I have been a customers for a few of years. I appreciate that the autoresponder program is user friendly. The staff are helpful. I do miss the live phone based customer service though. Some situations are best expressed in talking rather than text or typing via chat

Fraud -- Takes your money then bans you with no explanation

I joined Chess.com to play with some friends. I got into it and soon was watching a lot of videos. Next thing I know I'm banned. They never exactly told me in any specific terms the reason. But they have a magical algorithm or statistics that say I must have used outside help, though I didn't. Clearly they do this just to try to take your money and run. From everything I've read they have lots of actual cheaters with fake accounts they do nothing about. Yet they ban real customers who do nothing wrong. Stay away!

Huw Edwards pay rise!

So - last November Huw Edwards was arrested and charged with making indecent images of children - between 2020 and 2022.Thankfully in the UK one is innocent until proven guilty. However he received a pay rise in the last year - and not just any old pay rise - but one of £40,000!! That's more than the average UK annual salary! And that - despite being suspended for most of that time - and therefore doing no work.The BBC MUST - repeat MUST - be accountable to us licence payers for such a travesty.

LAWSUIT Most Probably!DECEPTIVE & UNETHICAL PRACTICES!I've been a customer for a long time.For a while things went fine.For about several months I've been paying 2 weeks ahead of time using chimes credit builder card.My credit was 757. AT&T sold me a faulty Samsung S23 product -which died to a motherboard getting fried- and they are trying to force me to pay the few hundred dollars left that's owed on it. I am being BULLIED BY AT&T and SAMSUNG to pay for faulty equipment they sold me!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR A BROKEN PRODUCT!! Samsung actually sent me to a certified Samsung technician who discovered the fried motherboard then Samsung rejected their own technician, actually refusing to contact them and didn't trust the technicians finding, again a technician they certified! I have lost important files that can only be recovered from that motherboards memory which a company claims they can do in a few days to a few weeks depending on price plans which are both very expensive but im hoping will be worth it. Samsung Refuses to take responsibility for pushing out a broken phone and AT&T is backing them up!I will soon be without service and worse my credit will take a huge hit from this and I've worked on my credit for past 3 years. THREE YEARS of hard work down the drain! BE AWARE, AS REVEALED TO ME BY A AT&T REP in recorded conversation, S23's and S22's specifically are known to have Firmware problems and other issues including FRIED MOTHERBOARD'S!I've been caused great financial and DEEPLY emotional pain with loss of personal information and soon a major hit to my credit profile that will degrade my worth for numerous things!CONSUMER PROTECTION FINANCE BUREAU WILL HERE FROM ME TODAY AND I WILL FIND A GOOD ATTORNEY

I am a Prime member

I am a Prime member. I don't like anything on their tv, don't use their music or books. All I did was buy a few items a month and use Amazon Fresh. They have now hiked up the amount you have to spend before getting free delivery. They were going to take £9 off me. So I took all the items out of my basket.I don't find their prices competitive any more anyway, so will not be using them.

Adobe's customer support is horrible

Adobe's customer support is horrible. We have a corporate account I'm trying to get pricing on a new contract. I keep going round and round with customer support who keeps just repeating what I've already told them. There seems to be a language barrier (every rep appears to be in India) which is making things extremely difficult and frustrating.Update - I ended up on the phone with someone who spoke broken English and was extremely hard to understand. She ended up trying to hard sell me into buying AI functionality and something called Adobe Express. She wouldn't take no for an answer until I started getting angry. What should have been a 10-minute call ended up taking almost an hour. I hate Adobe more every time I need to deal with their support department.

Also, “in regardS to” is bad grammar, which I only point out because you’re not very respectful of working people’s time to send so many follow-ups. Chill out. People will like you more.

AVOID BEST BUY!

The only reason they get a star is because there isn't an option for no stars. I purchased a TV and an installation package. Set up the delivery and took the day off to be available. On the day of the scheduled service, the Geek Squad arrived with a mounting bracket and cable. NO TV???!!! I was then informed that the TV was being transferred from a warehouse to the store, and someone else would be out to deliver and install it. Which is nonsensical as I was assured the TV I purchased was in stock at the store. I received a call from their Corporate Office and was told I would receive a call back. Never happened. After getting transferred around and talking to 10 different people I finally threw in the towel and cancelled the order. I was told to get the full refund I would have to go ack to the store with the bracket and cable. No wonder their ratings are bad and their sales are down. Will never purchase another item from them again. Avoid Best Buy like the plague.
