Adobe's customer support is horrible

Adobe's customer support is horrible. We have a corporate account I'm trying to get pricing on a new contract. I keep going round and round with customer support who keeps just repeating what I've already told them. There seems to be a language barrier (every rep appears to be in India) which is making things extremely difficult and frustrating.Update - I ended up on the phone with someone who spoke broken English and was extremely hard to understand. She ended up trying to hard sell me into buying AI functionality and something called Adobe Express. She wouldn't take no for an answer until I started getting angry. What should have been a 10-minute call ended up taking almost an hour. I hate Adobe more every time I need to deal with their support department.
