Repeatedly marks perfectly legitimate emails (talking SPF / DKIM / DMARC in order for the techies, with even DANE working), no matter how often you move them into your inbox. Whitelisting a domain? Yeah, they have a form for it, but it doesn't work either.If all email services behaved as bad, email communication would be a nightmare!

Where did your customer service go Garmin? I attempted to purchase a garmin 1040 £500. It was lost in post, this happened 3 times. I paid out over £1000 to get a gift for a birthday. It took 4 weeks for investigate and refund each time. How do you loose 3 items. Garmin your products are the only thing keeping you around but you’re aftercare is the worst I’ve come across. Your good products can’t continue to carry you forever. Really disappointed

Extremely poor workmanship on pillows. Loose threads, the labels are not put on correctly, the corners are not 90 degrees. I would be extremely embarrassed to give these to my clients. Have sent emails asking for help in this matter have heard nothing.

Cancelled my Christmas order with no explanation, so gift never arrived. Spent 20 minutes on phone with customer service. They said they would investigate why the manager cancelled, but never heard back. They do not value their customer's business. I will not patronize companies that have no customer service. Will never shop there again.

When the university I work and study at switched everything to Zoom in spring of 2020, I initially really hated it. I'd used it for an interview one time back in 2018, but uninstalled it shortly afterwards because there weren't many folks organizing things through it at the time.Since 2020, though, I've been pretty pleased with the features and tools they've added. Additional controls and more flexibility with breakout rooms are definitely the best additions. Can't remember when this was added, but the prominent warnings (with a popup requiring acknowledgement) whenever a meeting starts being recorded are great.It would be nice if there were something that warned you if your camera was going to be forced on by the host's meeting settings, or if your background/blur would be forced off. I haven't directly had issues with that, but a colleague was trying to attend an early morning remote meeting from bed, and was very upset when the camera was forced on with him sitting in bed shirtless.I should note that I don't know what the price structure is like. I know without a paid membership you can only schedule 45min meetings at most, and I think there might be attendance limits too. So I can't necessarily recommend it if you're purchasing it as an individual, but if your organization already has a membership, I think it's definitely worth using.

Delivery drivers are thieves, clothes are horrible quality, and the whole place is a scam. I returned a dress that I tried on and they wouldn't accept it because it had evidence that it was worn. I reached out, got disconnected in the chat several times with no resolve. Do not order from Zara. Horrible customer service all around.

Simply the worst customer support there is. Their system broke and corrupted the 2FA on our account and they ignored it. The only answer was "login and create a support task" .... while we couldn't log in, due to their error. Do not give this bunch of armature charlatans any business.

Accessible and easy to understand for tech-challenged and disabled user like I have in my family. The UI looks good and stores passwords and information well.However, they shafted free-level users a few years ago when I was a few months in and limited use to only one device type. I quit using it until I got married and added the family.With the family subscription, I enjoyed using shared folders to automatically keep shared passwords up-to-date, but requires a password owner. Support has been very thorough, but they don't have many options for lock-outs unless you set up emergency access and a backup phone number.I will be leaving LastPass since they lost all customer billing information and the unencrypted and encrypted contents of their cloud server backup, which has made me change all my passwords which has taken more than 20 hours.

I put an order in on July 29th for a new Alienware PC. I called them today so check the status because it has gone past the estimated ship date, to get a new ETA, and the guy told me "It's on hold until December 8th." I asked why, and he said it was a payment issue, so he transferred me to the finance department. Unfortunately he transferred me to the Canadian finance department, and I'm in the US. The finance rep was actually helpful at first, and told me there's nothing wrong with my payment account. Then he transferred me back to customer support, who then told me they can't ship my order because the payment wasn't verified within 48 hours, and she cancelled my order and told me "You need to call the sales department and put in a new order" "I'm not the one who messed up here, why should I have to contact the sales department? why should I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for my order to ship when I'm not the one who messed up?" I asked @Dellcares on twitter, and the response was less than helpful. I wasted 2 hours on the phone and twitter trying to get my order fixed, then I gave up. I ordered a new PC from iBuyPower, and they had my order shipped same day, 2nd day air, free shipping.Needless to say Dell and Alienware have lost a customer.

I've been a customer of amazon Spain for the last 3 years, having bought 81 times from them, many of those being orders with several products in it, and I've never had ANY KIND OF ISSUE! I'm truly amazed of how Amazon Spain has been able to fulfill all the orders in time and with no problems at all.Two times I had to return the products and they did the refund even before the products were back at their store. Just to say CONGRATS and KEEP IT UP!I'm the happiest customer ever!BTW, I live in Portugal, and all the orders from Amazon Spain arrive way faster than any order I do in any Portuguese store o other European stores.
