I've requested a letter containing a confirmation code to create a new account four times. Never received. My original account had my old phone # so I couldn't receive a text message to verify my account. Was told to close that account and create a new one. NOW I cannot create a new account! This has gone on for four months! You have to call at least two minutes before they open to prevent a half hour to longer wait time!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed with Farfetch.You have the worst service I’ve ever experienced.I ordered two different pairs of shoes, and both orders were canceled after a week of review for the same reason — "out of stock."If the items are truly out of stock and the website shows them as available by mistake, I should be informed within a few hours of placing the order, not after seven days.To make things worse, after each cancellation, I have to wait an additional three days to get my money back. In total, I’ve wasted around 20 days for absolutely nothing.

An awesome avenue for clients & employees

I joined Care.com because though a monthly fee for membership along with a mandatory 1x basic background check fee upfront is required (options for more in-depth checks are available), thats the extent of Cares monetary gain from their members. Its the same for both sides of services. Meaning a person needing a service and the person looking for clients. Word of mouth is fine and all but I prefer casting a wider net, so-to speak. Care.com facilitates connecting needs and services for everyday living. There are a couple of things in app design I would love to add, but having been a member just recently (less than 6mos.), I’ll hold my opinion for a bit longer. So far Im 1/2 in for a 👍 review. Hidden penalties and not what they used to be, stay away!

I upgraded to a paid plan to use the automation features but I ended up getting penalized for having too many contacts on the platform and not having the right plan. So I essentially upgraded my account and instantly received penalties worth 5 times the monthly plan's value without even sending a single email!!When I spoke to the helpdesk, they credited my account to remove the additional charges, however they did not remove the taxes. So I am essentially being charged 15% tax on a zero bill. This is illegal in my country and I am not happy with these crooks. I can completely understand why everyone is complaining about them being crooks, sneaky and unethical. When I spoke to them about these "tax charges", the helpdesk assistant conveniently disconnected right after telling me that these are "minimal charges" compared to the penalty. Minimal charges or not, it is theft and how can you say something like that to someone who did not even get a chance to use the service before you started penalizing them? I also realized that the free plan allows 2000 contacts and the first tier of paid only allows 500, so watch out because if you upgrade incorrectly, the first thing you will get is a massive penalty, unethical billing and they've worked out plenty of ways to screw you later down the line.I can no longer recommend this service. They are not what they used to be and they have purposefully rigged their billing and plans to screw their customers over. I would recommend trying someone more reputable whose emails won't all end up in the promotions or spam folder and who won't screw you over when you start paying them.

Disappointed

I am not mad, but I am definitely disappointed. Mailchimp was one of the first suggestions that came up after I did my Google search for a way to send my emails and thought to myself that if it is popular then it must be fine. I could not believe that any of the issues that occurred during my time with Mailchimp was their fault, I thought that I must be doing something wrong. Lo and behold I was wrong for blaming myself for things that apparently have been an issue for their other customers as well. Changing my email sending platform to Sender proved my findings even more. Same lists, the same frequency of sending my emails, similar design and content, but a different platform. The delivery is impeccable, customers are responding positively and noting that they thought that I stopped sending emails as they apparently have not received many of them when I was sending my emails with Mailchimp.

Shocking customer service

Booked trip through Hotels.com (part of the Expedia Group). Awful customer service team. All I wanted was an invoice with my company details included for a recent trip - they simply kept telling me they couldn't do it (in all but one occasion without any justification). No empathy, no care, no effort to help - really rude. Honestly, I'd expect better from AI.

No Resolution After 5 Attempts.

I’ve reached out to Etsy support five separate times about a serious issue: my orders are being instantly canceled within seconds of placing them. Not once have I received a clear answer or real help.First, I spoke to a customer service agent via chat who was completely unhelpful and lacked basic professionalism. Then I emailed and was connected with someone else who asked a bunch of questions—I responded to everything, and then heard nothing back.Instead of resolving the issue, I was sent another email asking the exact same questions again. And to make matters worse, I later got a completely irrelevant, generic email that didn’t even address my concern.This kind of poor service is unacceptable. No one follows up and it feels like my time is being wasted. If this is how Etsy handles serious customer issues, it’s no wonder people are losing faith in the platform.It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when small businesses depend on platforms like Etsy to connect with customers. The lack of urgency and professionalism from their support team is driving people away.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Uplay+ not working for over 20 days of the "free month trial" , they fixed it 4 days before it end... coincidence? I do not think so. It was more of a beta release and all those ppl who subscribed for the free month were just beta testers (thats how i feel) on top of that they discriminate their customers - some got compensated with a free month extension and some not - like me. Trying to get in touch with support about it? Yeah good luck - they do not answer tickets at all , they simply do not care. Ubi was never a top company for me but after this they are on the very bottom. You will never see any money from me again thats for sure.

I have bee waiting two years for my stimulus payment for 1200 dollars it is awful! So I just filed again no card came in the mail no refund! Then I got a tax advocate what a joke! They send the same letter out without any results. People are suffering because this money could really help! Someone needs to be held accountable! How do you give someone free money and hold it complete non sense! I have completely threw my hands up! So sad that they don't care! Because they know legally we can't do anything so sad! Now I can't submit my review!
