I totally agree with other comments. Kickstarter is actively facilitating scammers and then does nothing to remedy the issue. They take zero responsibility and do not cooperate at all. I am one of the 2,054 backers who were scammed by PolySmoother and kickstarter has done nothing to intervene.

Avoid using Shutterstock at all costs! They have very little to offer compared to other more reputable organisations such as StoryBlocks and MotionArray. Their customer service is also unresponsive and when you do get through they're rude. They also have misleading previews of footage, you see something you like, you download it and use your credits and discover that the footage you just paid for is not representative of the preview you were shown. Avoid.

Despite operating from a top spec MacBook Air, the miro online board continually lags and drops out. While the concept is great, I struggle to find the program reliable to input my necessary work and continually find the board 'blacking out'.

I of course & my Husband also told them & responded back ohh don't see any problems with that account they did nothing wrong, well yeah they did, don't know what there doing with other people's account or what there using it for. Facebook don't care.

I wish I could give less 14 days no reply except al bots have my money my crypto card and can’t use it. It’s actually theft what there doing!!!! I will never put my money near this company again. Fca should be all over this but again they don’t care either. Angry is not the word and when you have no one replying it makes it so much worse!!!!!!

Binance is keep asking me for KYC verification of my address here in UAE abudhabi city written in papers. But all my address written in document is abudhabi city UAE only. No street etc. I'ts not like I'm living in the Philippines that I have specific full adress like that written in papers..
