Avoid using Shutterstock at all costs! They have very little to offer compared to other more reputable organisations such as StoryBlocks and MotionArray. Their customer service is also unresponsive and when you do get through they're rude. They also have misleading previews of footage, you see something you like, you download it and use your credits and discover that the footage you just paid for is not representative of the preview you were shown. Avoid.
