Excellent service for my Wordpress blog. What I love about Yoast is their friendly value driven approach in that I can essentially improve my SEO strategy by using a plug-in to help with my SEO and through the email I receive I get many useful workable tips. I’m not that tech savvy but I find that even I can implement the teachings as they fairly simple to learn and grow from. Yoasts high quality tools ethics and standards are to me an industry leader compared to various other companies I have personally experienced. There are also further tools and resources should anyone require a deeper dive into the world of content mastery and SEO.

I will never purchase from Wayfair again. After many quality and delivery smaller issues, we purchased a vanity to use in a basement finishing project. They missed two deliveries with no notice. I waited around during their ridiculous 12 hour delivery window on two separate days. On the first day I was told (end of day) the item was damaged and they could not deliver. I emphasized we had to have it for a construction deadline, they PROMISED it would come, I called and chatted and they REPEATEDLY ASSURED me it would arrive on the rescheduled date. I should not have trusted them because it never showed up after they told me I need to be around between 7am-7pm because it would definitely come. Never again. They have some good deals and nice stuff, but not worth the hassle to deal with a company like this. Now I have to order from elsewhere and our construction schedule is all thrown off thanks to Wayfair. They are also telling me I cannot cancel the delivery but I will be refusing the delivery and doing a charge back on our credit card. I am not doing a return because I know from the past how difficult a return would be and I know they will try to charge me for it! Don't allow customer service agents to flat out lie. They had to know this delivery wasn't going to happen.

I’ve been VS customers for years and the experience I had with their store today and their associates were horrible. I came in just to exchange a size up for a gift my friend got me. I told them that specifically and they said yeah we could do it for you and then exchange should be easy and no extra charge should be there. Then they proceeded the return first then when the exchange happened, they made me pay I was like for what??? It was an exchange and they asked for from my card. They said if i want to do from friend then she has to be here and do it. I was like wth then why didn’t you tell me in first place. And their attitude didn’t want to help them customer at all. This is how I’m being treated after being their customer so long. I would bring my business somewhere else. So horrible.

account shutdown for actually complyingRaoul from Shopify's Trust & Safety team asked certain items to be removed and we complied they very next day. Despite this they kept saying your store is violating without any explanation. When you seek out support team they keep saying wait for their email.We kept telling support that we have been given a deadline and our store will be terminated. They kept telling us to wait and in the end store was shut down.Absolutely, worst service. They will take your money and then shut your store. No wonder they are extending their $1 offer because people realise they have the worst team ever. Especially, Shopify's Trust & SafetyIts quite the contrary, you lose trust in the organization if you have employees like Raoul

Instant ban on newly created account for first-time user. Account opened with a company email and recieved an instant suspension due to "Standard Terms of Use" violation. Didn't even finish completing the profile, let alone sent any emails. They asked for passport and ID pictures for "verification". Disappointing and unprofessional.

people who leave positive feedback are 95% buyers! little do they know that half the stuff on ebay is Fake. eBay also treat sellers like low life scum, they much prefer to entertain larger companies to sell goods and kick the little guys to the curb, firstly they limit the amount of postage you charge, secondly the tak 15% off your sales and this goes up every year. they make it their personal mission to rip of sellers and pretend to care about the customer experience. When i had issues on my seller account i was basically told to pee off as I was too small a seller to warrent interest. As a seller stay well clear!!! A very greedy and inhumane company, i cant wait for there demise or a more ethical competitor.

A account was created using my personal information. My debit card was recently charged. I have emailed the company multiple times requesting that the account be closed and stated in writing I DO NOT AUTHORIZE any future charges to my debit card. I have been trying to get a full refund for the amount of $29.97 with no response. If the company fails to reverse the transaction I will seek legal legal to resolve this matter.

I booked a hotel in Brighton in July this coming summer. I chose the pay at hotel option which was £280. Then today 5 months early I had £381.07 taken from my bank account without authorisation!! How the hell are they allowed to do this? The hotel said they don’t take payments on the day. So why is it advertised on hotels.com? I’m £380 out of pocket now. They offered me £25 compensation. Where will £25 get me this week. So angry. I’ll be contacting my bank and the relevant ombudsman to take this further.
