My complaints are the same as everyone…

My complaints are the same as everyone else on here. They are holding my money hostage.. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a simple verification. I talked to 4 different people today just to get asked the same question over and over. One person I talked to said I was already verified and gave me a list of steps to clear the problem if it didn't work to message them again. It didn't work so I messaged them again the next answer I got was verification is a case by case basis. So wich one is it? Am I verified or not? Absolutely appalled UPDATE They finally pushed my KYC through. It took a lot of effort and persistence on my part also patience dealing with multiple people. Message them on Facebook messenger once you get an email started they always answer

they refused to service me for no…

they refused to service me for no reason what so ever. i didn't even bother responding to their email stating that they refusing to service me but have the right to no say why. They replied to themselves like 10 hours later thanking me for this conversation (what conversation??? i shall never find out) clearly i dodged a bullet there lol Stay away! there are other platforms in canada that are not horrendous like crypto.com. Save your time energy and money and stick to Bitget or crazy high fee Coinbase!

Review of asus

Shockingly Bad Service

I purchased an Asus Tuf for $1600 AUD in July 2020 for university. Everything was great until September 2020, overnight there was an update to the computer and then the next day, blue screen with a critical error and the laptop was stuck in a maintenance screen. I rang Asus who told me I would need to send the computer to them in Western Australia, which didn't make sense as I live in New South Wales, and there is a repair centre in Sydney and was quoted a 7-10 day turn-a-round on the repairs. Asus were quick to send through the courier paperwork to have the computer collected, and the next day the courier company took it away. One week later I get a phone call from a printing company in Sydney to let me know that the courier had incorrectly delivered my computer to them and they had accidentally opened the package as they just assumed it was a parcel for their business. They found me by my email address which had my workplace on it.So I called Asus to let them know that the computer was in Sydney with a printing company, and had not arrived in Western Australia at the repair depot. They promised me that they would escalate the case and have the computer collected and repaired. That was 6 weeks ago now, and my computer is still sitting at the printing company in Sydney. Multiple emails and phone calls back and forth with Asus to have the problem dealt with and Asus just keep promising to "escalate" the matter and send me emails apologising for the inconvenience. After emailing the printing company, they have not heard from Asus at all to organise collection of my computer. I requested a refund or replacement computer from Asus as 1) they have not delivered the service they said that they would which entitles me to a refund under Australian laws 2) I have no idea now if my computer is even in the condition I sent it in as it's been sitting on someone's desk in Sydney for 6 weeks. Asus ignore my requests and just keep promising to escalate the case, finally admitting to me on Friday that they will not issue a refund or a new replacement computer until the service team have assessed the computer. Which is absolutely ridiculous since their team has done nothing to retrieve the computer from the address it was left at. So Friday I emailed Asus to let them know that I will be organising the collection of my computer myself as they don't seem to be able to perform a simple task such as having a computer collected and they told me the matter had to be investigated and that's why it has taken so long. Took me half a day to ring the courier company to find out what happened and organise a new courier company to collect my computer from the place it has been left. Somehow after 6 weeks, Asus still cannot manage to do this. I got another email apologising for the inconvenience and frustration it has caused me and they deeply regret that it's taken so long to resolve the matter and that they'll update me once the service team have been updated. What the? I already told them I was having the computer collected myself. Now I am faced with either returning the computer once I get it back to the retailer I purchased it from and allowing them to go through the process of having the computer repaired with Asus, which the company have already told me could take weeks, or just paying for the repairs myself. I've already had to purchase a new computer as I originally bought the Asus for my university studies, and I can't do my assignments without it.Thanks so much Asus for an absolutely shocking experience. I had been really excited about my computer purchase but now I just regret purchasing it and have a bad feeling I just threw away $1600 for a computer that won't do anything.

Review of smartsheet

Our business is better by having SmartSheet as one of the team.

It is the glue that binds of resources, yet allows flexibility and remains attached to our core business activity. Simply would not look at anything else.

Nice panties…poor elastic.

I really like the way their panties fit. But the elastic is terrible. Lots of little frayed pieces every time I wash them.

Really cute shirts

Really cute shirts. Colors are great and design was as expected. Got the order for 2 shirts in about 10 days. I did order 1 size larger based on reviews. Ordering again, i might go 2 sizes larger. I’m a size 12 and the x-large barely fit. My x-small friend hasn’t got her medium yet (both shipped to me). Looks like it will also be snug but will be ok.

Review of Shopify

Want Monkeys? Choose Shopify

Shopify is limited and becoming more limited. They have a conflict of interest. They earn money off third parties who provide functionality so they are actually, deliberately reducing functionality of their platform forcing store owners to buy api's. This adds A LOT of cost, risks store functionality due to conflicts and too often leaves you wading through dev descriptions looking for an api to do what you want only to find there's nothing out there that can. Not for the first time, Shopify has informed me we can't do what we want from within the platforms functionality. I've been searching for an api that can facilitate it but no one offers exactly what we want. It shouldn't be this hard (and getting harder). If I had my time over, I wouldn't choose Shopify. Do yourself a favour and keep your business in your control. Hire an agency, build a website and be your own master. Shopify equates to a bunch of expensive monkeys on your back eating your profits and dictating terms to you.

Disappointed by the silence after delayed order My American shop

I placed an order on 25 May 2025 (Order #396689) and paid €30.37. Unfortunately, I have still not received the package.I’ve contacted customer service twice and provided all the required details, but only received automated responses with no real update or solution.I understand delays can happen, but it is the lack of communication and responsibility that disappoints me most. If this had been a gift or urgent need, the consequences would have been bigger.I still hope the company will follow up appropriately — but until then, I want to share this experience so other customers know what to expect.Sophie Azadgar

Review of expedia

If I could rate Expedia any lower

If I could rate Expedia any lower, I would. I rented a vehicle out of Denver for a week, just a few hours later the vehicle broke down. The rental company sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle but the link to Uber did not work. They sent me 2 hours away, at my own expense, to pick up another vehicle but the place they sent me did not have one available. I went to Hertz to pay for and rent another vehicle and now Expedia will not refund my money that I prepaid for a week. They simply refuse. Now I'm going to get my lawyer involved which is going to cost them a lot more.

Review of amazon

I’ve had a horrible experience with…

I’ve had a horrible experience with Amazon lately. My account was flagged for “unusual activity” even though I did nothing wrong, and now I can’t make purchases even though my payment method is valid. I contacted customer service multiple times and got vague responses, no real help, and no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company this big can’t even treat honest users fairly. I’m losing trust in Amazon and this app just reminds me of how angry I am every time I see it. Do better.
