Review of lg
LG Customer Service division would have to be without doubt the most incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable service I have EVER encountered. We have had an issue with our refrigerator for over 12 weeks and they have never returned a call or email that they committed to do and are more focused on avoiding issues rather than addressing them. I would seriously reconsider purchasing ANY LG product as the support is atrocious!!!

Review of hulu
Just had to cancel Hulu because they said they could not fix my IP address issues. I have been using Hulu at my house for years. What's the issue now? This company has no care about the service they provide not do they care anything about customer loyalty. It was disappointing to be on the phone with them for an hour to not get the issues resolved and have to cancel service.
Review of fedex
I tried to sign up to track incoming packages. They want my credit card information. This is a security risk. Too many companies have been hacked and this is just asking for another opportunity of having my credit card information to be stolen.I also have a package coming during a time I have an appointment. They want to charge me to adjust the time of delivery. If I could, I would give FedEx a negative number.
Review of wpforms
WPForms is a plugin that I use on ALL of my websites. It makes the form development and management of entries seamless and I have never had any technical issues. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by the support team, who is super helpful and courteous. Highly recommend if you're considering purchasing the Pro version!!
Review of themeforest
My experience with ThemeForest has been overwhelmingly positive. We purchased the Eduma template for our online education platform, Nunatak Academy, and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and features it offers. The purchasing process was straightforward. Eduma has met our expectations and has made it easier for us to implement various educational functionalities we were looking for. I would definitely recommend ThemeForest and Eduma to other professionals in the field of online education.
Review of Shopify
Why we love it:1. THE SUPPORT that is simply the best i've seen in 10 years. When you hit the “chat” button, someone will be online within 5 seconds. You do not have to rate them, which means they are not after a quick positive rating and can take the time to go in depth with your issue. They are supper polite. 2. EASE OF USE. You can build a very neat e-store with little or no coding or general IT experience. All you need is pictures and content and you are good to go.Why we don't love it so much:1. COSTIt's EXTREMELY expensive. While you can run an ecommerce store on wordpress for 100-400 bucks (sever + theme + a few plugins), a shopify store will cost you an arm. On wordpress, generally speaking, you pay “one shot”, meaning you pay your theme or plugin once and that’s it. With shopify, plugins (or “applications”), are subscriptions, meaning you have to pay them every month! Here is a cost breakdown for a sample website:- Shopify: 30 to 80 usd per month depending on your plan- Product filtering app: 20 to 40 usd per month- Translation app: 20-40 usd per month- Wholesale app: 50 usd per month- Invoicing app : 25 usd per month- Referral app: 50 usd per month- Up sell app : 20-40 usd per month- EtcThat's roughly 3000 to 4000 usd a year! And you always ned to provision for unexpected issues or needs. Needless to say you better be selling! And let's not forget the 1-2% COMMISSION SHOPIFY RECEIVES ON EVERY SALE YOU MAKE (you read that right). 2. LITTLE TO NO EDITING POSSIBLE. For example, it’s built for north American stores that have different tax rules than European stores. If you want to sell in Europe to retail as well as wholesale customers, you will need to purchase an app (that often create more issues of their own - compatibility, etc). Shopify provides a wholesale solution... at 2000 usd PER MONTH :) European stores beware!3. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY FOR SHOPIFY. They have a great product, unfortunately, they will only give you 50% of an e-store solution. And if you want the full 100%, you will need to pay, again and again. That's a bit disappointing when you know how much money this makes to the 3 owners.Overall, we love it (because we can afford it). If it’s your first time selling products online, avoid it. If you can cover the costs, then I guess it’s fine.2 stars because of the A+ support and the costs.

One star is too high. Cutting off the Press Secretary mid announcement. What an embarrassment. You will have more viewers leave than Biden had votes!! Hope you can self sustain amidst the other democratic legacy news channels. We will all be pouring support into legit news channels!! Good luck with your North Korean business plan. Now you have to split viewers with all the other on thought fake news!!

Review of amazon
I was sent the wrong item. I double checked my order to be sure. The Amazon policy said no returns but since I had not received my order I continued to try to contact someone. First I got a chat bot and could only select from a menu of options favourable to the company so I asked for a call back. The call back was from and electronic voice that similarly stopped me trying to resolve the issue. My only recourse was to write a review. I canceled my prime membership to try and get their attention. Now I am following up with complaints - and have yet to succeed in finding a way to do that. It can’t be legal to take someone’s money, supply the wrong product and then make it impossible for the the customer to seek a refund or the correct product, can it?

Review of box
Box is the new AOL. I've used Box for 6 years, recently decided to switch to OneDrive, however Box charged me for a full year, days before the switch. Ok, I cancelled the account anyway and they said I was still on the line for the year - that definitely reminded me of how AOL tried to shaft its customers but not worth my time to fight. However, there is no way to pay unless I reactivate my account, which means the clock starts over. And now, I don't trust them to cancel the account as requested. There is a link to the "Billing Team" in the accounts and billing section of their website but it dumps you into a generic community forum. There is no other way to contact them regarding billing - just the community forum. And, the forum is moderated so that your complaint never sees the light of day. Box seems to be pulling that same stunt other dying companies pull where they prevent you from leaving in order to falsely prop up their account numbers. You're better off with OneDrive or Google Drive, you know Microsoft or Google isn't going to play games.
Review of yelp
Review of yelp
Yelp is a DIABOLICAL business. They have made my career a living nightmare! In the past 7 years, I have had so many clients come into my place of business BREAKING and RUINING my companys spirit and property because of this platforms algorithm. There was a business that was there before I ever signed my lease which had terrible reviews on Yelp. A 1 star rating. I was unaware of this at the time. My company, operating as the same company address as the last one was, is now under the receiving end of this company that we have no affiliation with. Clients have mistaken us for them and my clients have attacked my property BREAKING my televisions, my primary computer systems, they have violently “reacted” towards me and my staff causing an UNSAFE work environment. My staff have abandoned the company, ridiculing us and behaving mean towards us due to our reputation being torn apart. Yelp won’t shut down the previous account - not caring that they are not in business anymore. So many cops have been called to my business that the precinct sees my company as a joke now and will take 2 hours to show up while a client is in there violently screaming asking for refunds and breaking property with threats of harm and “I know what time you get out of work” remarks. Clients call saying “ your a scam, I saw it on Yelp. I want my money back. I will be there today to pick up my refund etc etc” I will be suing yelp. I will demand relief. It’s tampering with the health of my business and the safety of my life and my workers.
