Don’t ever buy from Samsung again

As my current Samsung all of a sudden had a green line tearing through its screen and repairing would cost as much as buying it new I figured why not upgrade to the latest version. So I bought the Samsung Galaxy S24 while they were promoting next day delivery (even on Saturdays). But guess what? Its been a week and yet no order, nobody from the WhatsApp customer service can tell me the exact reason or expected delivery date. Employee 1 said: there's been a delay because we are doing a quality check(QC) on your order (making sure everything is fulfilled in the order). Employee 2 said: there's no quality check on your order, just the Buds are going through a QC at this moment. Employee 3: Sorry to say but none of above are correct, we just dont have the items in stock (honest answer). Can you believe this sheet? I paid well over 1K for my order and nobody including the non responsive CEO Sean Yun can tell me what the actual status is. So the other day I decided to call and register an official complaint. During this call they told me: oh but we can create a ticket and request the status for you, no problem. What?? So you're telling me after the countless chats we've had where I specifically asked for the status or if anyone could check this and the answer was NO every single time, now a phone call with a complaint can actually get this thing rolling?!?! I cancelled my order and moved onto Google Pixel which arrived after 2 business days just as they communicated. TL;DR versionDon’t ever buy from Samsung unless you like getting F*CKD while all you are trying to do is spend your hard earned money with them!!
