I ordered a set of 20kg weights with next day delivery. With one day of delay I received the delivery - a baseball bat with weight of 20kg instead of the gym set. Tell me it's not a scam. I contacted customer support and they told me I have to return it to the seller on my own cost and I will get a refund after. How I'm going to return 20kg baseball bat and how much will I have to pay to post it? Will I receive the item I paid for? And when? They can't answer that. Amazon used to have a great customer service but now it is extremely unhelpful. You lost a customer.
