Disaster and waste of money

Disaster and waste of money. Had to send my coffee machine in three times over 1 year for same problems. They replaced machine and same problem with replacement. Three months after replacement got sent in for repair, same problem again. They refuse to fix without charging me now! Customer service stinks and if you send email to them, even in response to their email to you, maybe you will hear back a month later. The machine cost over $600 and is difficult to clean well and the pipes on the inside seem to crack and leak over a short period of time, will NEVER buy from this company again!
