This is truly the biggest joke of a company I have ever encountered.I had to spend, quite literally months, and made multiple attempts to contact Braintree to start an account.In the end, I contacted their tech support to tell them what was going on, and was surprised to get a much faster response. When sales did eventually contact me the agent, Emily, did not even bother to use my first name. She called me by my last name. Her response was largely disinterested, I just cannot believe this company operates in the modern world and thinks that their staff are doing a half decent job. They are not. Worst ever.
