Awful awful product. It buffers continually on the fastest internet service, where all sites are working. It merges Twitter tags into text. it will default all tags to linkedin when you don't use that social media & want twitter. It hangs so much & for so long you start a process it hangs, just go away and come back later, and you have forgotten the original reason for starting. Reported this never ending dire performance via twitter nothing changes new release significantly more of the originals underperformance. backwards step. Choose any other service, wish tweetdeck came back. Simple & worked.

I have had a terrible experience with TFL recently. They keep contacting me to pay £12, which I have already paid. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls to resolve the issue, they continue to waste my time. I provided the invoice and evidence of the payment to avoid any fines, yet they refuse to refund the money.It's incredibly frustrating that they contacted me to take this payment, only to charge me twice. I added my card details and paid because I believed TFL to be a trustworthy service, but thisexperience has proven otherwise. How can you take the same payment twice in this country? I was t-boned yesterday by a Lyft who ran a red light. There was a police report, and apparently the insurance provided does not exist. Since the lyft thing was blazing in the windshield, i decided that i should at least report this guy operating a lyft vehicle without insurance. I have tried multiple times to file the accident report on the website AND in the app, but it keeps giving me an error message with the year in the date input. There is no way to correct this, and i even tried inputting different years just in case the glitch isjust with “2024”. It still gives me the same error message stating that valid dates must be “2012 or later”. I’ve tried the help section’s suggestions, but none have worked. Beyond that, it just gives me a loop to nowhere. There is no phone number, or any other resources that will actually solve the issue. I’d happily provide docs on all ends.My friend actually died in a rideshare, because the driver ran a red light. i am now convinced to think that this type of business just makes the world broken and unsafe for the rest of us, cuz apparently there is no policy for these guys to NOT run red lights. Gotta love unaccountable businesses and people. I will absolutely NEVER use Lyft for any reason.

The content is of reasonable quality and variety, but their fee systems are a huge rip off. When cancelling, you not only lose any credits that you've already bought and paid for, but what's worse, they slap you with a huge early cancellation fee. Even though you sign up to a monthly contract, they still charge you with the difference between the date you join and a full 12 months. Horrible way to treat your customers.

utterly appalling. We put a personal bank account in place with them u till our official bank account was set up.Tried to then change to the official bank account and was surprised to hear Just Giving do not accept Charity bank accounts ??? Since then we cannot access our money, no communication despite numerous emails, posts on X etc. Now complaining to the Financial Ombudsman. Very difficult site to navigate and their charges are very high. Would NEVER usr them again once we can get our money out ! 😡
