Paid for on the 30th AugustSpoke to staff twice- the last being on Friday 4th September.They apologise and say that Mr Gregory would speak to me on the 4th September.He never did !Rose delivered Monday 4th September without any instructions.The 7 litre new plastic container contained a rose which had not been well pruned and seemed to have recently been repotted and although I haven’t planted it yet , I feel that it is going to just fall out like a bare rooted rose. Far from happy.Delivered just as we are experiencing a heatwave !!!
