IF IT IS POSSIBLE, I'D GIVE THEM 0 STARS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, 1 IS THE LOWEST. U want to hear my story? I made an order on 29.11, right in November last year, on the website ZARA SLOVAKIA. It was a month in advance before I moved out of this NEVER AGAIN COUNTRY. The order should be delivered on 4th of December. It shouldn't, so I received an email that it will be delivered on the 5th. It wasn't, and from that time, NOTHING FROM THEIR SIDE ANY COMMUNICATION. I contacted their ''support centre'' each day for the next 15 days THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS, but nothing from their side, just we are working on it first all the time. I asked for a call 3 times, and just once they really called me.The reason was absurd that my phone number was wrong, which wasn't and wasn't, but we changed it to satisfy them. IT WAS ON 16TH DECEMBER. DO YOU THINK THEY DELIVERED IT ? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. So I wrote them again and told them that I moved to DENMARK so they should rn send it to denmark DO YOU THINK TEHY DID IT ? NO !! THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR MORE THEN 1,5 MONTH RIGHT NOW. AFTER THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ROBBER WHO STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING IT BACK TO ME WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM AND I HOPE YOU WILL ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS ALSO FROM THEIR COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THE SLOVAKIA DEPARTMENT, WHICH CONSISTS JUST A RUDE GROUP OF USELESS PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
