Really happy with Amazon customer service. I ordered a book this week and they informed the delivery would happen on Wednesday by 8.00 pm.On Wednesday, I received a notification saying the delivery was running late. The book was delivery the next day, and I would say the delay was mostly caused by customs clearance.Woke up this morning to a voucher, refunding my delivery fee, that I can use to purchase another item. I didn't ask for it, but they were pro-active!Quick and good service of a company that values their customers. This is one of the reasons why they are market leaders on what they do! Amazon.com.au
