I bought an ebook from Taylor and Francis almost one year ago, and today have been dealing with an aggressive person from Informa asking me to pay for the ebook a second time as they said the payment (that I paid, last November) was returned to me, which it was not (I have checked my bank statements). This incredibly stressful experience has wasted much of my time today, and remains unresolved. I would never buy from Taylor and Francis again. They seem super scammy.

Don’t purchase at Mercari !!! They allow scammers on their platform and they don’t take responsibility at all . They even keep their fees paying by the buyers and that do nothing to protect your purchase even so it is proven that the “scammer seller” used different address that the Mercari have for you on file . They know and they allow this all the time !! Go to EBay instead!!! Better customer support and better experience for sellers and buyers. SHAME on you Mercari

The platform continues to underperform.We have conversations around the world but the servers they put our channel on is never optimal for the group. The first person to join a chat channel sets the server location and causes the quality to be degraded.They recently released threads and forums and both features are terribly implemented and designed. Their Nitro subscription is geared for kids and hardly provides useful features for businesses. It is very difficult to get the features you need as a business as they require certain social requirements that don't exactly fit our businesses objectives.We will continue to use the platform for now. But I hope they know the direction they are taking it is not sustainable and will reach a breaking point in the near future.

I downloaded the application and was aware there was a free trial period. I canceled prior to the renewal day but still was charged. Apple wouldn't refund so stuck with this solution. Application constantly crashes. Would not recommend this

I am loosing a lot of money because Asos suddenly has a policy that they are not exchanging clothes that are a lower price, after 2 weeks, so all the clothes I have at full price they are returning but not the sale items, and I bought the clothes in double sizes, they can see that!! And still they have this policy. I am furious. I will never use them again in my life, and I will tell this to everyone. I am awaiting my money soon, and if I don’t get them I will evolve the police.

Our son ordered golf clubs for $1261.00 5-5-25. He waited 20 years to be able to make this purchase. They were to arrive on Wednesday 5-7-25. We called on 5-7 as they weren't delivered. Amazon customer service said they had no idea where they were. Checked our post office clerk , they also had no idea. We called and were told a person would investigate and call us back . No calls !! When we call we get people with very broken English that we can't understand ! The reorder came thru on 5-10. So excited to find the order shorted ! So we sent them back by UPS today ! We were told our son will get a full refund upon their receiving the clubs. I am so disappointed in the Amazon reputation and the billionaire CEO , Jeff Bezo !! Beware of using Amazon !

SMALL BUSINESSES ADVERTISING WITH VOGUE WARNING.Be careful if you’re a small business advertising with Vogue. We were sold what seemed liked a great package and of course with the kudos of advertising in Vogue it seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately we didn’t receive any sales and know that lots of small brands feel the same. They aren’t just targeting stand out brands, they are going after thousands of small businesses and unfortunately the association has been watered down a lot plus with the tiny space right at the back, it just isn’t a good marketing tactic and doesn’t help support small at all. It’s just funding bigger brands having the main spaces. It’s much better to invest in PPC and digital marketing, that money can go far for a small business in other ways and generates lots of sales. I hope this helps brands, honestly as a small business investing in the right places and growing is a minefield but I promise this isn’t the right investment ❤️

Wouldn't recommend it. After they sold the company, the quality have gone way down. I get so many false positives that I've had to deletes 110 monitors and cancel my paid-plan. No point in having a monitor which gives so many false positives that you don't care to check any more.

Good support, unfortunately sometimes they are limited if you play on console and can't add some stuff, only console support can. Ubisoft support can help you more if you play on PC, especially if you bought in Ubisoft store, because activation comes directly from them.If you want to solve issue fast, just do everything they say and provide ALL info they ask for

I normally don't have an issue with Zoom, but I do now. They offered to meet with me to go over how to Webinar for nonprofits. We scheduled the meeting. I click on the link it says, "Your meeting has been booked" no link anywhere in email to go over anything to to with the Webnar, not even a prerecorded video. In other words, the horrible person didn't show up. Not answering emails either.

Hi,We had a complaint on Boxing Day 26/12/20 which was resolved by their head office with a free night stay next time,But when I try to contact their customer service I get bombarded with different questions then asking for £5 to answer.I thought American customer service was the best in the eWorld? But do far not true
