Terrible customer service

The platform itself is functional - which is why I won't say "0 stars" in the review. That said, their customer service is nonexistent. Don't bother giving your information to the overflow operators. I am still waiting for a callback on my first message from 3/27. I needed to use it so I bought a monthly plan while waiting to hear from a sales rep to pick the right plan for an annual subscription. Finally dealt with the chat and figured out what I needed. Went to the website to upgrade to annual. Wouldn't let me do it. Told me I had to talk with sales. Waited again on chat only to find that billing was the only department and they don't work via chat (or phone). So now to pay them more money I have to wait for an email.Also Zoom has 3 different ways to launch a meeting but only one (scheduled online and requiring users to preregister) offers all the functionality. I went half a month thinking that my plan didn't have user polling available. Looking for competitors who don't design their protocols with the intent of frustrating their customers.

Charged me BEFORE billing date, refused to refund.

Charged me THE DAY BEFORE my billing cycle. I also canceled the day before. I didn't receive my subscription because of the cancelation, and then Patreon refused to refund me. Kept asking me to contact the creator to ask if they'd refund me. "Your situation does not meet our refund policy requirements." .. but every time I ask them to delete my account because this is ridiculous, they keep leading me on in their replies. So done. Delete my account. Cancel every subscription. I won't be using your service again. Trash.Had to file a chargeback in the end. Won the chargeback. Thanks for nothing Patreon.

Terrible!!! I ordered two items that were supposed to be Christmas gifts on December 6th. I received an email on December 9th, stating that the order had shipped and would arrive on December 19th. Since I was worried it would not arrive in time for Christmas, I requested to speak with customer service. After being on hold for several minutes, the rep then told me my items were no longer available!!! First off, WHEN were they going to notify me of this??? Secondly, why then did I get an email on the 9th, saying it had shipped??? No

The best tour company!

Very organized and the process throughout the day was a smooth flow! The app has all the detailed info about the trip plus they do a great job communicating with passengers via email, text or phone call. I booked the Grand Canyon in Feb and Bryce Canyon, Zion, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend in June. No issues, no drama they made sure passengers are informed of the tour. I like the "reserve now pay later" option to make sure you have a spot. I have recommended this app to friends & family to use.

They are the worst

Capital one is the worst! I canceled my card because of fraud and they said I had 90 days to use the $200 that I had earned towards REI. They lied to me and I lost all my points and they are an awful company. They literally do not care and they’re only concerned about making money and screwing everyone over. Never go with them.

Fraudulent payment taken from my account with the reference being abebooks. I have no idea who stole my details but the transaction was made without my knowledge or permission and when I tried to contact this company there are no contact details online! Luckily my bank will refund me, but very worried that someone has managed to do this, and there was no way to contact this company to try to stop the sale.
