I am still waiting for my purchases it's been over 4 weeks and I have emailed their customer services several times yet no response. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my son now and now he will be extremely disappointed. I am really quite appalled that not a single person has come back to me. I would like a refund on my purchases now please.

After a break I thought I give Duolingo a go again. It is absolutely awful. The webpage crashes, speaking exercises don't work and write ups after those little stories are not corrected. Nothing gets explained anymore. The version on the British market doesn't pay any attention to British English so it's quite confusing for speakers of other languages. I am glad I didn't go for a paid version. It's a real shame because when I started 5 years ago it was a really useful tool.

Im not too sure why everyone's review is such downers but all my experiences with crocs are good. So good that I have 29 pairs lol. (I wanna make it 30 before my bday) Customer service doesn't work on weekends so whenever placing a order it doesn't get process until the next business days. I always forget adding my apartment number once I order. In that case they send me to the shipping courier and have them change it on their end before it gets delivered. I think there should be a way to edit your address or order up to a certain time after placing the order, so thats why I gave 4 stars. Other than that I enjoy shopping crocs, there's always random sales and they have student discounts!

I bought a new desktop computer with Windows. When I started it I saw that it came with McAfee already installed on it. I was used to use always Bitdefender. So, I uninstalled McAfee and installed my version of Bitdefender on this computer. Further in time I understoud that Bitdefender was already part of the computer I bought and it was coming with Bitdefender already installed but not activated. So, I will not have anymore to pay for Bitdefender.

I placed an order on-line for a small tablet on-line a few days ago. I ordered it using my debt card and had it shipped to the same address as listed as the billing address on-file for my debt card. Im a Tech Teacher and I order lots of items n-line. I only ordered the item from them because no one else had the item.In the last several days since placing the order I got an email saying the order is on hold I need to verify my order. I did that. After doing that a day or so later I go a text message saying that it's on hold again that I need to verify my order. So I did that my text. So I'm thinking my order is on its way. Today I missed a call. So I got another text message, email, and miss phone call saying my order is on-hold again. That I need to confirm it yet again for the 3rd time.I tried calling them back on the 800 3 times in between my classes at school today. I could not get thru. I sent a message online, by email, as well as on the web-page.I waited and check my order status again. Thing is still on hold. So I tried calling the customer service number again. I waited on hold over an hour. Someone finally answered and they hung up. So this last time I made it part of one of my Tech Class. We called back and as a class on speaker phone. We waited again on hold. This time over an hour and a half.While on hold I had a student texting the company using the contact text message too see what the order status was as well as why is my order on hold for the 3rd time.I also had a student sending emails as well as attempting to contact them by way of there message thing on-line.While all that was going on I called my bank for the 4 the time too see what the issue was on my order. They checked my order and it was billed by Newegg. The bank said the order had gone thru. They seen no issues on there end as well as they didn't place no holds or anything on my card or that order.I canceled my order after not getting thru. Worst order experience ever!!

I just started using Hubspot around 2 months ago and I was surprised at how easily I adapted to the tools here! It has made my work so much more efficient! I can keep track of all the deals and avoid overlooking a single deal. I have enjoyed using Hubspot that I even do my emails here without the need to go back to gmail!

I tried to contact Telstra to have a line removed. I contacted them via their messaging app on their website. If I had been able to ring, the issue could have been dealt with in under 5 mins. 53 minutes later, 3 areas later, and having re-written my query several times as either they dont seem to read it properly, and waiting several minutes each time between each communication, they told me to ring the faults line (even though its not a fault). I am no longer a telstra customer and while they continue to refuse to have a service where you can talk to a person, I wont be again!

Since I used YouTube premium, my credit card was registered in Google payment methods. A book worth 187 Turkish liras was purchased by entering my Google Play account from an Ethiopian IP address. As soon as I saw the process, I reset my password and logged out of devices that do not belong to me. I reported this process to Google, they said it would be resolved within 7 days, but they said the process was completed and did not refund me. they did not cancel the transaction made by someone else publicly and did not refund my money.
