Review of google
Google is a big company with a rich history that was founded by rather famous developers back in the day. As far as I know they rare still leading the company. Anyway, nowadays this is not only a search engine, but also an aggregator with a variety of services from video streaming to smart home products and all that. This deserves a lot of respect, because the company started being multi-directed and it's doing good. I can recommend to get acquainted with at least a part of their services.

My friend and I recently went on a cruise with Royal Caribbean. Not our first cruise but the first with this company. We booked an 8 day cruise around Japan leaving from Shanghai. Having spent 4 days in Shanghai we boarded the ship for the worst holiday experience ever. The cruise was only designed for Chinese people and not Westerners and should NEVER have been offered to non Chinese. 80-90% on board were pushing loud Chinese people whose menfolk constantly cleared their nasal passages very loudly and proceeded to spit it out wherever they were. This included the dining halls and right next to me whilst in the pool! The staff were only interested in pushing their highly overprices Michael Kors bags,, jewellery, make up and other designer gear to everyone who walked by on the main deck and often to over loud music and shouting (when the sales were on which were the last two sea days) There was never anywhere to sit in peace & quiet in the evenings due to loud music emanating from every place, including the library!!. The only quiet area at night was out on deck or in our cabin. The food was disgusting being 98% Chinese - not Western style Chinese. What Western food was on offer was very limited, over cooked & dried up. I lost 8 pounds in weight (I dont need to loose weight as I’m not over-weight). We were treated like cattle at meal times as nobody had their own table and the Chinese just push and shove and start queuing 30-40 mins before the waiter service restaurants opened. The buffet was a free for all with rarely anywhere to sit unless you came very late after ‘they’ had had their fill. We were looked upon and treated as 2nd class citizens throughout with 3rd rate facilities. All the Brits & Australians we spoke to complaimed bitterly. Several Diamond & Emerald RC cruise couples we were talking to were appalled at the standards of everything . The ship docked at the 3 biggest cities in Japan and their tours were overpriced and took in NOTHING of interest and showed nothing of Japan apart from more shopping malls - all of which the Chinese love. This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. We plan to do an Alaska cruise next year but it wont be with RC as they obviously dont care about their customers or else they would never have offered this cruise to anyone other than their Chinese market. I have done 2 of their own reviews which they emailed but have had absolutely no response - this also tells me that they dont give a damn.

Absolutely terrible service, refuse to allow me to withdraw for absolutely no reason and then prolong the service by passing it on to a "specialist team" that don't have a phone line and only email you back when they feel like it. The support team aren't even allowed to tell a time frame for this basic issue to be resolved. I just wish I read the reviews before I went ahead and blindly mistrusted this scam exchange. they will just reply to this review asking for ticket reference and account details saying they will look into it but then not do anything to help. I will definitely be taking legal action if I do not have my money returned soon.

I am absolutely pissed! I’ve been waiting for WEEKS for a solution to the most ridiculous issue I’ve ever encountered in an ad platform and Meta support has done nothing.I prepaid $49 USD, ran a small ad campaign that consumed $2, and that amount was correctly deducted from my balance but Meta is still charging me the same $2 as an unpaid bill, and my account has been completely blocked because of it.I’ve submitted multiple support tickets, sent documents, screenshots, detailed explanations, received calls. And the response has been either silence or useless canned replies.It’s a joke! Meanwhile, my business is losing money and time every day because of this error.Meta’s customer support is non-existent. For a company of this size, this is an embarrassing disaster. No accountability, no real support, no resolution.The worst part is I can't avoid them.... this guys are everywhere. One star because I can’t give zero. This is the worst service I have ever received for a retailer!! I received two items which I want to return every day I have been spending 30 mins on chats which I'm promised they will email me a return label from ASOS partner but never get the email I have request this 4 times now and still nothing! 2 hrs spent in chat for f all, useless and managers are not helpful either!! Please a avoid buying from them!

Ever since google support is taken over by indians, their customer is been a fuc*ing nightmare. Clueless lunatics are ruining this company. You might get lucky getting a support call after two weeks of effort from a random indian phone number, the person calling will be completely clueless won't understand your accent and won't understand the issue at all. If you try to callback, it won't connect because of the time zone difference..

Long story short, I needed to change a flight I booked with points and the rebooking was not done correctly. I get it, mistakes happen. This isn’t about a complaint - it’s about my follow up call to the travel advisors from chase. And Kayla was amazing! During my initial phone call I explained the problem, she apologized and then explained to me the procedure that would follow to try to fix the issue. A little investigating, listening to the recorded initial call… and so on. I would likely hear back in 24 - 48 hours. She called me back in a few hours!! Rectified the entire situation and even caught another error with my fiancé’s name in the booking and (in a lengthy process for her) went above and beyond to fix it! She is an absolute professional! Thank you

My grand daughter knew I wondered about my Grandmother as their was a mystery about her. Back then you did not discuss family matters. So she got this kit for me as a gift knowing I could never afford one. I sent in my DNA and then I found if I wanted any info once they got my DNA I would have to pay for any info I wanted. So this was just a waste of time for me. However I now now I am more German than Scottish like I had been told all my life

Ditto the other reviews about poor customer service. They sent around an email instructing us to manually reset forms attached to Google Drive, but after I followed the instructions to a t nothing worked. And then I spent the next hour trying to get customer service through chat (sorry, unusually high volume) and email. The one guy that did respond just copied and pasted the same instructions I already had and then ghosted. I spent the next 2 hours figuring it out myself to keep my business running. Now, 10 days later, customer service is reaching out! Seriously? Oh, and my annual renewal price just went up. Again.
