I tried to contact Telstra to have a line removed. I contacted them via their messaging app on their website. If I had been able to ring, the issue could have been dealt with in under 5 mins. 53 minutes later, 3 areas later, and having re-written my query several times as either they dont seem to read it properly, and waiting several minutes each time between each communication, they told me to ring the faults line (even though its not a fault). I am no longer a telstra customer and while they continue to refuse to have a service where you can talk to a person, I wont be again!
