The company has no problems calling you and NOT LEAVING A VOICEMAIL. Even if this means your account is deactivated as a result of being FALSLY accused of harassing people. I created Pins for ads and did NOT harass or spam ANYONE. I am STILL WAITING for them to contact me. Until them my low-income family suffers as Pinterest is popular for shoppers. However Pinterest does not actually care about there customer representation nor other businesses because Consumers love them, so why should they care if a business, and the family owning the business, suffers?I will update if anything actually changes.

Discogs always had and still have a lot of problems. It seems like Discogs prefers to save and keep a buyer instead of a seller. Buyers are usually a step above sellers.Let me start from the beginning:I use to sell on Discogs, until my last transaction almost everything was ok.Then i met this guy from the balkans, he made an order and few days later he opened a paypal claim, stating that i didn't send his package.So, i gave him the tracking code, i went to the shop asking for a proof of shipping which they gave me.I had to deal with discogs and paypal which treated me like a thief. It's 10 years that i'm dealing with these sites and i'm surprised how bad they treat you as a seller, on this platform.In the end the guy received his box, but paypal blocked my account for over 1 month because of this claim, even because the guy didn't want to close the claim.I gave a negative feedback to the buyer, and he run to discogs to cry. Of course Discogs decided to remove not just my Review (that by the way was simple and clean, no lies or bad words) but they removed another 2 bad reviews for absolutely no reason!!!Now, he made a mess to my discogs account, he made a mess to my paypal account for a month, and now he's enjoying his brand new crystal-clear profile. Free to mess with other sellers.So, i decided to close my account. i'm moving to other sites.Remember, if you want to get something on Discogs just open a ticket and cry them a river, it always works.Farewell

Zero customer service when you need it!!I've had a Basic Plan course on Teachable for 6 years. I wanted to downgrade to a FREE plan because it wasn't worth spending almost $500/yr for 1 course and I wanted to update it before re-uploading it. Even though it was advertised, there was NO free plan on the website. I kept messaging them how to downgrade but NO ONE responded. I had to Delete my course to avoid getting charged for another year, which means my students can't access the course anymore!! They made it extremely hard to know if I'd be charged if I just unpublished the course (some info said yes, some said no). The BOGUS promise that students who bought it will have access to the course "for life" only applies if the teacher is still paying for it! I kept messaging them to give me more info but nothing. I will NEVER use this company again - especially now there are so many other good options. Shame on Teachable. So disappointing!PS - the platform is fine UNTIL you need to contact customer service - then they completely drop the ball. SO not worth it!PPS - 12/3 UPDATE: I cancelled my course because it said I would not be charged again, but they charged me $468 today even though I have no school or course left! I still never got an answer from anyone at Teachable. Shocking. I now have to dispute it with my credit card. What a horrible company!

not just very confusing and user-unfriendly interface. Its also uimpossible to delete the account. I deleated my account like 3 month ago. And i was messaged that it will get completely deleted, if i dont log in the next 30 days. I never used it since than. But today i checked if it was really deleated. But no, it was still there, like i never deleated it. Why??!! Than i tried to delete it again and they told me to give my telefonnumber again, eventhough i already gave it while deleating. So i dont have this number anymore and had to give another. But now i have to wait one month until i can delete my account again!! Why??!! I just want to delete my account!! And since this shiit happened, i will never create a new one again!

Another one of those silent Autorenewal plans that nobody asked for and keep siphoning money out of your account without notifying you.I purchased a month of Envato Elements to try the service, which I found low quality. Although I never checked auto-renewal (and I'm always very careful to look for it, since previous bad experiences) I found myself with a silent monthly payment nobody requested.Luckily my credit card expired and the renewal bounced.Antitrust should look into these silent auto-renewal practices, because they seem to be a very common.

I love my Mexican burritos at Chipotle but I am very upset with my delivery order. I had ordered a chicken burrito with rice, sauce, lettuce, corn, my typical kind of burrito, but instead I got a plain chicken burrito! I paid 10 dollars plus delivery fee to just get a miniature burrito! I am very upset.

Installation failed. Scan deleted many files but no logs or even details of what files were deleted, or why. Support did not even know where log files were stored (gave wrong folder path). Multiple useless responses from utterly worthless and ignorant support staff over four weeks. Final solution: none. Workaround: boot in Safe mode and find the logs manually - WTF!!!!!Even without the lost files and the dysfunctional software, the utterly abysmal support is reason alone never to risk doing any business with this truly awful company.PS:To: BitDefender Re: Your reply1. You already know about all of this, which is why I wrote this review.2. You clearly have NO COMPETENT STAFF and so "adequate support" is clearly impossible.3. You have had over a month to deal with this and FAILED MISERABLY at every possible opportunity. 4. If you think I would trust you now, as you scrabble to defend against an honest an accurate review, you must think I am stupid!

I sent a table back because I misjudged the size but I never got my refund so not only am I out the money for the table but I'm also out the shipping charges. I called customer service to ask why I hadn't received my refund and was told it would be at least 7-10 more days before my refund would be issued they made me thinkeverything was fine well a month went by and still no refund so I called the second time and was told now they need the tracking# I told them I had already confirmed they received the item back and was just waiting for them to issue the refund but for some reason that's not the case anymore...my personal opinion is this company has gone down hill and now they're resorting to cheating people out of their money... furthermore I will never buy another thing from them and I'm warning everyone to beware of this company BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

I ordered an emerald green evening gown online for a friends wedding. When it finally got to me, I opened the package to find a USED DRESS. It clearly looked worn & they didn’t even bother to dry clean it. Mind you, we are living in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This dress had someone’s deodorant stains all over the armpit area & the stitching was torn by the zipper & hem. When I called customer service they told me it was no longer in stock but they could give me a 20% refund. No thank you. I’m officially done with Macy’s. This is the second time I’ve received a used item from them during the pandemic.
