I will never purchase tickets from Event Brite again! We were supposed to see Aerosmith and due to medical complications, the concert was cancelled. We only got $903.90 back from paying $1900 for 2 tickets!!!! I get not giving us back the amount we paid for insurance, but why are you not giving our fees back, taxes, etc? If I buy something from the store and return it, we get the tax amount back! Where are those taxes going to? I will also be filing a complaint with the IRS! Event Brite is stealing taxes!

This is the worst company, I canceled my holiday because I got cancer I showed all my certificates and even canceled one month in advance but even with this information the never give me back my refund, they just avoided take the responsibility as a company. I don’t recommend this bad company.

I am cancelling my TV licence because: 1. the output is very poor, biased, and preachy 2. I no longer watch live TV 3. I do not use iPlayer 4. the New Years Eve programme and presenters were tawdry in the extreme and totally inappropriate for the occasion.

I've been a AT&T customer for years. When moving to an area where AT&T coverage is poor we changed carriers. I cancelled my service in April of 2024, every month they continued to bill me. Average call time on hold was an hour (one time 2 hours - I was being stubborn). The bill in July was treated differently and AT&T claimed they'd never received my cancellation and had no record of previous conversations. I guess the bill reversals was spontaneous kindness on their part? When I called the final time it was clear it was a collection agency masking itself as AT&T. There was extremely unprofessional behavior, shouting etc in the background. I opted to pay the final bill which I did not owe because the constant calls were impacting my health. I will never be an AT&T customer again and will ensure all my friends and family know they are criminals and are no longer the trusted corporation of the past.

I always have used the basic package at $96.00 per year. Somehow my account was upgraded by mistake and they credited my 96.00 towards their expensive Pro Package that I didn't order. I ordered the basic service in April and should have had the basic plan for one year. Now it's September and my money is gone and I am stuck on a Pro Trial account. I have emailed them several times with no response or resolution. There is no number to call or any way to have a conversation with any of their team. I now have PayPal involved in resolving the issue. Sadly, there is no communication between them and it has been over a week. Terrible customer service

Failed delivery - useless customer support. Particularly aggravating is to make the costumer go round the neighborhood asking for some package.Either you deliver or you don't, make up your mind. In the meantime we will take our business to honest retailers.

Good luck getting your refund! They'll tell you that you have 14 days to get your refund. What they wont tell you is that it's impossible to contact them via chat. You join a queue and then they tell you it is busy and to try later. I've done this for almost a fortnight. I've also tried emailing multiple times, but they never respond. I now need to go to my bank and provide all the evidence to show that PlayStation are denying my request for a refund.

Don’t buy HP Laptops They played with your emotions . Very pathetic service Zero Costumer satisfaction.I purchased hp laptop in Sep 2022 along with extended 3 years warranty.Now my laptop has motherboard issue technician visited my house and told me sorry this is not covered under warranty pack . I don’t know what is wrong with them 22nd jan 2024 I created case for the same but still issue is the same I couldn’t work I lost my time & money stillI didn’t get resolution .

Awful awful awful service.They've stopped paying us our hard earned money.. without explanation. We've not had a payment for 3 weeks. Unable to speak to anyone. Emails go un-answered. Called the phone number for sales just to try another route. This takes you through to paypal who say wrong number, "call braintree.. and sorry i don't have a number."This is beyond terrible service. This is a business critical service and they give it zero customer care. Really shocked to be honest.Avoid if you care about your business.UPDATE: 13th MarchStill no reply and we've been informed of another business with exactly the same issue. All payments out of braintree stopped on the 20th Feb. ALL requests to support go unanswered. Something is very wrong

I wish I read reviews before ordering!This is the first and the last time I’m buying something from A&F! On top of the fact I paid £5 for delivery now I have to pay £9 for a return to Swindon, UK! Normal price at the post office is £3,45! So basically I spent £14 to try on the dress that doesn’t fit and I can’t even exchange for a size smaller because it’s out of stock! I won’t be ordering from them again!I will make sure to mention this to everyone I know!
