Good luck getting your refund

Good luck getting your refund! They'll tell you that you have 14 days to get your refund. What they wont tell you is that it's impossible to contact them via chat. You join a queue and then they tell you it is busy and to try later. I've done this for almost a fortnight. I've also tried emailing multiple times, but they never respond. I now need to go to my bank and provide all the evidence to show that PlayStation are denying my request for a refund.
