terrible. i booked a flight for my daughter the return was a disaster.she was not informed that if you had a stopover in sydney airport you were locked out from 11pm to 4am. her check in was 2am. she was then told to wait outside with the homeless and that they had security? that was supposed to keep you safe. When asked how was she to chekc in at 2am they said "perhaps the staff will let you in if you knock on the entrance doors?!?"she found a room for the hours needed as she is brighter then the PM of Australia. thank God.Melbourne was no better, she had a 6 hour delay and had a membership number and was told she could not wait in the emirates lounge because her last part of the journey was with ther alliance jetstar?it was put to them that it was the itinery they had given her wth?, when she said she would pay (which she didnt have to do) they still refused her entry.Emirate let her down, we were really quite impressed with all ther "care about you videos', total lie. Aside from Emirates, Australian airports in particular being ignored by Qantas staff, are a complete joke, only go there if you are a true idiot.

If you have kids and youth, keep them away from chess.com. There are tens of thousands of underage members on the site and chess.com does not allow youth and kid's club owners to verify age. These clubs are not secure. They are leaving themselves open to sexual predators. On a positive note, at least they got most of the porn clubs and pics under control. Still unfortunately lots of trash talk, swearing and discrimination.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed a large order with Lego but I had to return the products due not anticipating how big the builds actually were. Returned items were delivered back to Lego months ago but they are refusing to refund as they can’t find the items in their warehouse. I fail to see how this is my problem? I’ve provided a tracking number to prove these items were delivered AND signed for by them and I’m still here months later trying to regain my money back. I’ve had to reach out to my bank and file a formal dispute. Dubious business practice by what I thought was a very reputable company.

FLIPKART = FRAUDKARTThey missed to deliver a product but the status was set to delivered in Flipkart cart page. We complained against it. The customer service is the worst. They try to avoid helping as much as possible. When you request a regional language support they never call and help but then why do they say they have all language support. The issue might be the seller or delivery agent but who owns the responsibility? They send u mail asking receipt and product package of a product that is not delivered. They make u run behind them for hours and days and after all efforts they say u missed something so it cannot be fulfilled now who is loss of the money. It's us. Try buying in your local shops we can help their livelihood. Spending money we lose our mental peace with this good for nothing support company. Finally the joke of the decade. They ask to submit a feedback on an issue that was never resolved and guess what's their question is? What are you happy about?
