Review of ikea
Ordered 3 kallax units, and 12 kallax insert for delivery on 22nd January. 2 massive parcels arrived on 22nd, one parcel had the 12 inserts which were fine. Second parcel had only 1 kallax, which wasn't in packaging and was loose in there, and quite dented, so assuming it was somebody else's return. Contacted customer services about the 2 missing kallax, and they arranged delivery for 26th. Waited in all day, and was a no show. Tracking I had just said there'd been a problem. Contacted customer services, and they couldn't explain what went wrong, but said they'd arrange another delivery for 30th,and would send £10 voucher by email. They never emailed voucher, and delivery never showed up on 30th either. Finally turned up today on 31st,and this time the 2 kallaxs were in original packaging, so that's a start at least. First time using ikea, and had to do a lot of chasing, to finally get my goods. Probably wouldn't have used £10 voucher as don't live near ikea, and delivery is £10, and not sure I want to go through all this again, but advisors should not promise a voucher and not send it. Pleased with the kallax itself. Kept the dented one, as in bottom of wardrobe, but wouldn't have been happy if unit was on show in my living space.

Review of perplexity
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Perplexity. They offered me a free one-year Pro subscription, which I accepted, only to later have it abruptly cancelled due to their own internal mistake. Instead of honoring their commitment, they withdrew the offer without providing any suitable alternative or compensation. Communication was unclear, and their customer service was unresponsive and unsatisfactory when addressing the issue. This lack of accountability and respect for users is deeply disappointing. Be cautious when considering their promotional offers—I would strongly advise others to steer clear of Perplexity after this frustrating experience.

Review of uniqlo
Sent a return on the 19th of June, now it's the 14th of July, and have not yet received a refund. Contacted them via their online form, and they only thing I got is that they are looking into it. An abysmal level of service, if you are buying online.

Review of discogs
Was the victim of a seller scam. Many of usID.re affected over a 24 hour period. We purchased items that the seller did not have. As I understand it, someone hacked into the account of the seller and made bogus listings. The problem, when addressed to discogs, was ignored. I spent two weeks appealing to them, but in the end they absolved themselves of any responsibility. As I never received a refund, I deleted my account. In the three years I was on discogs I spent several hundred dollars per year. Discogs is so lazy they'd rather see a faithful buyer leave their marketplace than administer some action on behalf of a scammed patron. The time it'll take them to upload their 'we're sorry to hear...' response is probably far more than it would have taken to help guide me through the initial problem.
Review of brownpapertickets
My small theatre company has been trying to get its money from our 2023 performances for almost ten months now to no avail. Events.com has pushed back the deadline on truant BPT payments three times now, and we have still not seen a cent. Hundreds of small artists have had this experience with this company. Their customer service doesn't exist, and neither does Event.com's. Do NOT use this company if you want to see any of your money.
