I backed 2 projects from this site and one project expected me to pay a lot of money in duty and taxes upon delivery which I declined and never got a refund and the other project I backed never delivered, still waiting! Do not waste your money with this website. I also pledged more money to help the projects.

Initially I had a problem with a surprise billing related to an employee not cancelling before the trial period. Although you’ll never get a live human, if you are patient and send emails that weirdly reply automatically that make you feel like you aren’t get him anywhere, they will resolve your problem. It just seems like it’s all AI or whatever, welcome to the future I guess.

If I could give zero I would have. I ordered two plushies that my grandson wanted for his birthday. I bought them on May 2nd and was told they would be delivered by May 12th - May 15th. I received only one email from them with my tracking information. When the 15th came and I didn't get my package I contacted them and was told give it a few more days. I did just that. When I didn't get them then I contacted them again. They said they would speed up delivery. I asked them how can they do that since it has already left there warehouse. They said to check my email. I did and the only email I have ever got from them was the one with tracking. So they lied and I have been lied to through this whole ordeal with them. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and I want a refund they refused said I can't. It's now June 2nd and I still don't have a refund or my order. When I called again yesterday they said it now won't be here until some time in July. They still refuse a refund. The guy I talked to yesterday said that on his end it shows the updated tracking when mine still shows May 12th to the 15th. Nothing but lies. So please don't buy from them.

Returned a product, got credited £24. This didn't show in my account or credit. I then contact customer service multiple times. All agents agreed there is a problem and raise it with senior team. The Senior team say I have been paid. Just a horrible scam really disappointed. save time and money and use Temu. Products may take longer to come but are normally cheaper and there customers services is way better.Reply to Aliexpress - my email is not invalid I use a different email '@yahoo.com' for Ali express. I have given you my order number you are able to find my account. I was refund £13 on a £24 order and no one is telling me why.

Just signed up today. I downloaded the mobile app and it says it is not working now. The very first thing I tried to do with these folks, and it bombed. What good is an app if it doesn't work. tried the website and it isn't working either. Looks like all they want to do is sell you stuff. Bad experience means bad company. I no longer want to business with them.

I'm startled to be chiming in like this. I'm very wary of fin tech intrusions and when I got an unsolicited "dear Venmo customer" txt, I complained b/c I had tightened down my privacy settings as much as possible.I received an instantaneous (& unhelpful) auto-reply, but when I responded that that was not useful, I got a ticketed response asking for details. When I supplied them, I got a comprehensive and satisfactory answer.I'm surprised and gratified.

I live within 30 minutes drive of 3 HUGE NT sites with parking for thousands. I was happy to continue to pay my monthly membership as I thought members would get priority access when the sites re-opened. Apparently not. There were no dates/times for the next week for us to visit any of the 3 sites because they are letting anyone in who is willing to pay. Wrong on every level and you will be losing membership hand over fist as they are out of touch with the mood of the members.
