I'm startled to be chiming in like this. I'm very wary of fin tech intrusions and when I got an unsolicited "dear Venmo customer" txt, I complained b/c I had tightened down my privacy settings as much as possible.I received an instantaneous (& unhelpful) auto-reply, but when I responded that that was not useful, I got a ticketed response asking for details. When I supplied them, I got a comprehensive and satisfactory answer.I'm surprised and gratified.
