Cheap skates

Cheap skates So if you order a click and collect and want to return the product, the customer has to pay for postage ???I mean a company that big with immense profits make you pay postage?Or the other option is to exchange the product( either way they are keeping your money) So basically you better not make a mistake with a size or colour etc otherwise you are trapped and no way to get money back unless you pay for postage. Very impressed.

Won’t refund money on digital games when account is hacked!

When your account is hacked they will not refund your money on digital games even though they can look up and see it wasn’t purchased from your system or location!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!! When a criminal hacks one of your customers accounts you should be refunding EVERYTHING!!! You’ve lost my business!!!

Photos arrive bent…every time

I ordered a small photo/print and it was sent out in the mail in the flimsiest thin cardboard sleeve possible. As a result it was bent and the photo inside has bends in it…so it’s not really usable to frame. Yes, Redbubble sent out a replacement, but the same thing happened. I won’t order from them again since the packaging is so poor.

Disapointing

I think it's okay that your service disables pro features when a subscription expires or there's a payment issue, but this is the first time I've used a software service that keeps pro features disabled even after restoring the payment! My store Seek Shine (fb365177) was disabled last July 2022 because of a problem with my card but I immediately resolved it. How was I supposed to know that I had to turn all of my keywords and flows back on??? That's such a poor user experience! As for my other store CLN (fb141662582646965), I checked back now and it expired for some reason on December 22. It's still on the PRO plan with all keywords and flows turned off as well. That means I've been paying $200+ for Seek Shine for the last 10 months and $500+ per month for CLN for the last 5 months with absolutely NONE of the PRO features enabled. That's just absolutely absurd. PLEASE give me a refund for these months because I was essentially paying the PRO plan (totaling $4500) for NOTHING! Your software practice is borderline fraudulent. If you automatically turn off pro features when the subscription terminates then you should also automatically turn them back on when the subscription resumes!

The bag isn’t sealed easily assessable

Why did my order this time come from the Charleston? Maybe it was my fault that I didn’t call them in a loaf them. I’ve only DoorDash three times in my lifetime and I usually only deal with the business that tapes up the package that the food comes in and seals the bag, this time last week it was a $70 order and I was humiliated and embarrassed after I told a friend how they secure the bag at the restaurant and the Charleston didn’t do!! It would be accessible could’ve opened it up, spit on it or done anything to it we wouldn’t have known you can’t see if your coleslaw has been spit in! I didn’t appreciate it all that the bag was completely accessible for anybody that wanted to get into it and I’m disappointed that the DoorDash doesn’t demand that the restaurant they pick it up from seals the bag.

No shipment in 3-weeks, no answers either.

Ordered Nov.17/22, still has not been shipped as of Dec.7/22. Their website states that orders are shipped within 3-5 days. I've emailed Customer Support - automated email says to expect a response in 24-48 hours, but instead received another automated messaged 9-days later. Received a survey on my customer service experience, rated all poorly and asked to be contacted. Nothing. Submitted email to customer service again, still no answer.Customer Support chat never loads. You'll never be assigned an agent.Customer Support telephone is automated and hangs up on you, saying all lines are busy. Can't ever get through, any time of day. I'm upset at myself for not checking TrustPilot first, as it sounds as though multiple others have had identical issues. I had purchased from them in the past, and had no issues. However, this is a night and day difference for the worse. Will be requesting my money back from my credit card and reporting as a scam.

Never buy this product at all or this brand. I have bought a brand new Hp officejet 8024e all in one.Having an issue not connecting on my pc or my mobile as it says more than ten times i need to finish setting it up.I have done it more than five times rest it for the whole day. I spoke to a HP customer advicer which is totally used no help at all and no knowledge at all. No any concern at all. I dont recommend this brand and product especially with their customer advicer no any knowledge at all.

Complete incompetence

Complete incompetence. I canceled an order before it shipped because I changed my mind. They put a pending charge on my card, but never removed it. It has been 3.5 weeks so I got on a chat only to be told that I had to call them instead, but they are closed until Tuesday. WTH is going on? How can you close your customer service center for three days if they are the only ones to deal with certain issues? What a joke of a company. I can only hope they go out of business.

We've used GetYourGuide now for several different experiences in various cities: Istanbul, Rome, Athens, and more- and I can honestly say that we've never had a bad experience. The app is easy to use and they seem to do a good job of choosing the suppliers who provide the tours and experiences. Not all of the attractions lived up to the hype, although we've generally been very pleased with that aspect as well; but GetYourGuide has consistently delivered fair pricing, easy to follow instructions and a variety of different opportunities to make the most of your stay in a new city.
