Returned a product, got credited £24. This didn't show in my account or credit. I then contact customer service multiple times. All agents agreed there is a problem and raise it with senior team. The Senior team say I have been paid. Just a horrible scam really disappointed. save time and money and use Temu. Products may take longer to come but are normally cheaper and there customers services is way better.Reply to Aliexpress - my email is not invalid I use a different email '@yahoo.com' for Ali express. I have given you my order number you are able to find my account. I was refund £13 on a £24 order and no one is telling me why.
