Shopify is a joke they don't care if a merchant doesn't send your product they just take your money. I filed a complaint it was excuse after excuse never received my order or my money back. I will not use shopify again they don't protect the consumer from being ripped off by crooked vendors

There are three parts to this review which I have covered below - in summary, quick to take your money and ship it. Show no interest in keeping you updated and replacing faulty hardware.1) I purchased the camera from GoPro direct - service was flawless. It arrived on time and with good tracking details (5star)2) The cameras themselves. Well, it's a GoPro and as such it has it's quirks - it eats batteries, has a distinctive GoPro colour, has a good range of accessories - some of which are fiddle and annoying to mount on the GoPro10 - but all in, it works well (4star)3) Post sales support / customer service. If nothing goes wrong with your camera, then all is good and you'll have a reasonable experience. However, if you need any help after they have taken your money and your GoPro has broken - then this is where the problem starts. The customer support is abysmal and close to non-existent. My GoPro developed a fault with the image stabilisation at 1 year old. I was promptly issued a RMA number 'for a standard warranty return' and labels to return the GoPro - and from this point forward the service has been abysmal. They have had the camera 4 weeks - and I have not received any communication from them. I get told to 'keep an eye on my emails' and the 'case has been escalated'. One agent even went as far as telling me that there was no RMA number on the box and it had been returned empty and there was an investigation with the courier -both of which are untrue as the RMA number is on the label provided by GoPro and the courier has no record of a claim or issues with the tracking number associated with my return. (0 stars)Update 26/12-2022I’m still waiting for a ‘scheduled call back’ - I’ve been promised this for over a week now, and I’m still waiting. This company does not care about its customers.Update 20/01/2023After daily chasing, and getting no updates - I suddenly got a shipping notification. I have still not received any correspondence from GoPro as to why this took so long - but at least I have a functioning camera.

I just received my order. I always approach everything in detail. Because I believe that any work is valuable. And if a person pays money, there must be service. But my orders were like they were kicked! I can't stand it! It doesn't matter how much I pay for this product! Although I understand that it costs much less! In pursuit of profit, the store does not care about the delivery service! My first experience was just as terrible. A couple of years later, nothing has changed! At the same time, you brazenly indicate that without a box and tags this is normal! This is not a defect! But when you return, you have a different text! It's as if I were selling you a car without wheels and an engine!!!

Unfortunately long story. Booked a rental car half a year ago (we travel in 6 weeks) for a road trip and just... never again! We're still experiencing problems and each partner organisation (kayak, hertz, priceline) is pointing to each other for fixing the mistake we are repeatedly blamed of making ourself (we have provided proof that it isn't, but 'the system says...'). Most frustrating experience. Ruined what was supposed to be a long fun time of holiday preparations. Don't go there!

Year ago, have created a free account. It didn't say it is trial or temporary account. After more than a year, got email saying if not upgrade to paid plan, the account will be deleted. You cannot trust this company, they can change your subscription at any time, and you'll lose all your data.

We have been Box.com customers for many years. The experience has always been first class. Unfortunately we missed an email reminding us of our annual renewal and didn't cancel some seats before renewal date. We notified Box after the annual charge had been taken and our issue was dealt with by Ronmary Saniel. The service we received from Ronmary was excellent, they were professional and courteous. They swiftly raised the matter with the subscriptions team and our issue was resolved. We remain very pleased with the whole Box.com experience.

Support organization is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t matter the severity of the case, if your store is completely down, you’ll receive the same BS email “Someone is still reviewing”. This has gone on now for 2 full weeks for me. I just made the switch to BigCommerce from Shopify, solely for the ability to leverage Square’s services for payment. Shopify is by far a superior platform and all of their services are superior as well. DO NOT USE!

I love the checklist for planning my wedding it has been keeping me on track of all my to-dos with all the pre-loaded tasks but it's also super easy to add my own custom tasks to the list as well. The budgeting tools have also been extremely helpful to keep track of my payments.The one trouble I have had it that it was not easy to get my registries linked to my account and my wedding website. I have had a lot of difficulty adding those and also adding other gifts from random places I am not specifically registered at. I wish the process was a bit easier as I had to have the customer service team do it for me.
