Support organization is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t matter the severity of the case, if your store is completely down, you’ll receive the same BS email “Someone is still reviewing”. This has gone on now for 2 full weeks for me. I just made the switch to BigCommerce from Shopify, solely for the ability to leverage Square’s services for payment. Shopify is by far a superior platform and all of their services are superior as well. DO NOT USE!
