Review of godaddy
I use GoDaddy Website & Marketing platform for x4 separate businesses that I own. All of these sites rank high on Google with the efforts and details I've put in on the backend. I absolutely love the simplicity to set up and optimize a website. All my websites are very customized and detailed, but it's still very easy to maintain. Love that I have the scheduling option for customers to click to schedule directly on my site. It's great to wake up to appointments!🥺Edit: a day after I posted this, my contacted website calendar crashed and I've spent hours and days on the phone with GoDaddy attempting to get it fixed to no avail! I'm all my years with using websites & marketing scheduling calendar, I've never had this issue. But to not be able to have it fixed it's causing a chaos for my business. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I value Tech-report's approach to delivering tech news, as they present information in a clear and engaging manner. However, I believe integrating video content into their platform could significantly enhance their storytelling capabilities. This would be particularly beneficial for complex topics that are often challenging to grasp through text alone, as visual explanations can provide greater clarity and engagement. By incorporating well-produced video segments, they could cater to a broader audience, improve knowledge retention, and make intricate concepts more digestible for both tech enthusiasts and casual readers alike.

Fed up with the whole, over the top, woke agenda. Especially the news. They have lost all respectability, objectivity and impartiality. I have no problem when some people are called out when they have genuinely been racist or sexist, and it's actually newsworthy. What I don't like, is when the news always looks favourably on the woke community just because they are woke, even when the community is clearly being unreasonable. Go back to reporting the real news, not covering your own agenda. Shame on you.

Sick of the BBC preaching their "right on" assumptions on morality and obsession with identity.A palace staff member takes a particular interest in the family heritage of a campaigner and causes some offence through tactless approach. It's a national headline storey...of equal importance to invasions, brutal oppression, clime disasters etc.Their navel gazing programmes on Radio 4 never actually get close to understanding the growing irritation felt by license fee payers. The streaming services now offer better entertainment and better value. Why are we forced to pay for their feeble output?

So useless. Forecast for Nottingham at 10am (it's 10am so no forward forecasting needed) says less than 5% rain. I'm sat in my car unable to get out with my dogs as their's torrential rain. On a daily basis I change plans based on met office forecasts, which, more often than not, are completely inaccurate. Going to buy some seaweed and a pine cone!

What started out as a news site is now Women's Weekly in web form. It's just celebrity gossip and non-news items. You will never EVER find out what's really happening in the world from mainstream media but these guys are one of the worst offenders. They don't even use spell check ffs.

I had a subscription for 1 year. The journalism is generally good, including the writing and some of the podcasts, though keeping to fewer articles of higher quality would be better. Often the same stories are rehashed in several formats. The app and website are fine, but could definitely be better. They’re slow, poorly organised, and difficult to navigate. Finding a story on the app that you’ve seen elsewhere (e.g. social media) is difficult, the search is poor. However the cancellation process is heinous. They give every indication of allowing cancellations through the website, taking you through a journey of feedback and offers, before telling you to get in touch with live chat or phone. This is a well known dark pattern used to aid retention, but in 2024 it’s completely transparent and absolutely deplorable. Any company employing these tactics cannot be trusted at all.

Hopefully businesses advertising on FB are aware that only people with an account can see their posts, even ads in open public groups are only available to FB users. The rest of us, who do not want a FB profile, cannot see ads in open and public groups due to Facebooks pathetic way of trying to get more users

I don't have very many images with Alamy but noticed one of my images was sold yet I show no sales. There's some flimsy verbiage on their FAQs about having to wait on the customer to get the funds. And it can take up to 3 months! Do they really ever pay out? I am skeptical. Who can investigate whether or not they're fraudulent?
