FlexJobs unauthorized money

Good day"I am very disappointed with FlexJobs' customer service. They took money from my account without authorization, and despite reaching out multiple times through their website and sending three emails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication shows a disregard for their customers, even when concerns are serious enough to warrant a review. I trusted their platform, but this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I simply want my refund, but it seems they don't care about resolving issues or addressing complaints. Very unprofessional."

I ordered a pair of shoes from Farfetch. I’ve ordered from them several times before and they have been reliable. Until this last order. FedEx delivered to my hands, an EMPTY box. It was not left on my steps, it was handed to me. EMPTY. I have gone back and forth with Farfetch so so so many times and FedEx. Farfetch insists the box was weighed several times at 2lbs and weighed 2lbs when it was handed to me. They will neither replace the contents nor refund to me $315. My local FedEx office reviewed the tracking and says the box was weighed in Poland and NEVER weighed again. I, and my husband, saw with our own eyes, an EMPTY box. Yet Farfetch continues to tell me it weighed 2 lbs and the contents were in it. FedEx has told me Farfetch needs to file a claim. Why why why does Farfetch deny what we saw with our own eyes, and photographed and insist it was not empty? Why will they not submit a claim to FedEx given they were the last to handle the box? Why would I continue to pursue this case if not that the events are accurate? I took photos showing where/how the box had been opened and resealed, documented time stamps for calls, deliveries, photos. And yet they (Felipe, Edma, Rita, Daniela, Marta, Joana) continue to say I received the contents. And they continue to charge my card for $315. It is beyond comprehension. Nothing has been resolved despite what they say on this review site. DO NOT trust this company. They are not the old Farfetch. So to Felipe, Edma, Rita, Daniela, Marta, Joana…(sorry if I’ve missed anyone!) you’ve all failed epically at your job of providing customer service.

Used by hundreds and thousands criminals online to oppress, slander people. Used by the criminals to whitewash each other.Kill and nuke electric gas chamber makers and users.Some exceptions like Sidney K. "Sid" Meier and his teams or some indie female developers doesn't make huge difference in absolute numbers.I have really hard time to name more than 10 exceptions.Hell with MediaWiki is the new normal...It's too late for police you worms. How can I delete my account?

I registered on Vinted two weeks ago and have sold three items so far. I registered with Depop a few hours ago and have already encountered two scammers. As I don’t know how the app works, I stupidly gave my card details, had to block it and request a new one. Couldn’t find any contact for Customer Service on the app😒😒😒😒😒

Took HUNDREDS of pounds out my bank

Wish I could give one star. I’ve been a dedicated seller for over 6 years. They recently banned my account and then proceeded to take HUNDREDS of pounds out of my bank to ‘refund buyers’ who had received their items. I had over 400 5 star reviews, clearly I wasn’t the issue. It was very distressing when they proceeded to withdraw money from my account and even though I contacted them on several occasions, they continued to take the money. Be super careful when using depop, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Near impossible interface

Near impossible interface, utterly terrible.Trying to set up a new company profile. Very poor interface, but even so, reach the end. Save. The system tells me that I have errors in my profile and says I should click on the edit icon to fix them.I do this.It does not show me what the issue is. Rinse, repeat.Awful. How is nobody replacing this with a far better service already?

Expensive item shocking quality

Embarrassing from minute I ordered to minute I had to return.spent hours on live chat finally resolved problems was told to send back item and have to wait for a replacement until inspection which could take weeks . if I wanted to carry on with to return item I would have to rejoin chat later because after trying for an hour on chat they could not issue a return label . You can so as clear as day from my pictures that the stiching has failed .But still need an inspection

I love using Calendly

I love using Calendly. I am a High School Counselor. Parents and students need an easy way to be able to make an appointment with me. Calendly interfaces with my own calendar and only gives appointment times that are not already filled. I've been using it for 2 years. It only took a short while to set up my work hours, and I placed the link in the signature of my email. I don't have to block off time in Calendly. As long a I block it off on my calendar, a person can't make an appointment during that time. When people make appointments, they will show up on my Google calendar. It shows their email address, so if iI have to reschedule, I can easily do that.

Zazzles customer service is great! Not only are their products beautiful, but you can tell they truly care about their customers. I reached out for shipping assistance on my son’s birth announcement cards and received a response from Ryan expeditiously and was greatly appreciated that he responded in the professional and timely manner he did. My order was supposed to arrive 9 day…

My order was supposed to arrive 9 day ago. I contacted them as soon as it was late. The order has still not arrived. Red bubble REFUSES to contact me back. In total, i've now contacted them 5 times in 9 days and no one has gotten back to me. They sent me a form letter saying their service is running slow, but that was 4 days ago! If issues cannot be resolved, it's not a real business. My order appears to be lost and my only resolution will be filing a credit card chargeback.

Hotels.com is essentially the problem.1)last year, I booked 3 rooms for 2 week stay at a SOHO hotel in NYC. Upmarket. After check out, I went to London and on to Europe. I was unable to make any further bookings or use my reward nights. Much pain to comm with help desk, to be told my account has been blocked. No reason given. Emails over several months went unanswered. Verbally, was told that I had breached their rules. What exactly? They claim they don't have to tell me. So 7 rewards hang in the balance. I tried again at the beginning of 2024. Still no joy. In the mean time, I'm travelling, using bookings.com. I have a six week trip in Europe starting end of July, so 2 months ago, I start hassling again. This time, I'm told they have no record of my account having been blocked. While on the phone to an agent, I make a booking, and cancel it successfully. I breath a sigh of relieve. All is in order. Only hiccup now, is all reward nights will lapse on 14 July, if I don't make & stay in an "eligible" property before that date. My browser has all my details saved so I don't need to log in each time. I proceed to make a booking, I enjoy a night out of town that wasn't really needed, but I did it to keep the 7 nights of fairly valuable rewards active. A week has gone by, I'm closer to the expiration date. I check my account, no new stamp, and still a warning note about the deadline of 14th July. Finally contact an agent on the chat... I'm told I made the booking using a guest account? How can that be... the booking is easily located in the "past trips" folder under my personal profile... oh that may be the case they say, but because the guest account used the same email address as "my account", but it doesn't count as a night, won't earn a stamp nor will it cancel the expiry. That's kind of like being half pregnant. the first part of the "booking" is done by the guest account, but the second part is reflected in "my account". Almost two of hours of a consultant who can't see the idiocy of her explanation, won't acknowledge that there is zero way for me to determine a "guest acc" versus "my account", won't acknowledge the expectation is that an email address, once registered to an active profile, cannot be used by another Profile - guest, temporary or otherwise. Oh, and while said agent was trying to resolve my issues, which essentially amounted to repeating herself then suggests that the best way to resolve my issue is to close all browser windows, delete the cache but keep the chat window active. DUH! That sure is some kind of magic! So should I be surprised that they think that it's ok to reflect past trips on my profile but won't acknowledge them in any meaningful way, thereby creating a scenario where the rewards are yet again in jeopardy, and claiming it is ALL my fault.
