Good day"I am very disappointed with FlexJobs' customer service. They took money from my account without authorization, and despite reaching out multiple times through their website and sending three emails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication shows a disregard for their customers, even when concerns are serious enough to warrant a review. I trusted their platform, but this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I simply want my refund, but it seems they don't care about resolving issues or addressing complaints. Very unprofessional."
