Seeking assistance, I reached out to customer service representative Pia, who advised me to provide a picture with a sign. Agreeing to comply, I inquired about the appropriate channel for sending the picture. Unfortunately, Pia did not respond for a duration of 30 minutes, despite my attempts to communicate through multiple messages. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to register with xxx, but I received an email stating that I am unable to have two accounts. In an effort to rectify the situation, I sent my driving license to xxx. I am deeply disappointed with the subpar customer service experience I have encountered, as it has resulted in a loss of opportunity amounting to £698.99.

I run a YouTube music channel and use Google Ads to promote the channel to get more subscribers. After the first campaign finished, I setup a second campaign and increased the budget. Nothing changed. Suddenly my Google Ads account got suspended and after 3 appeals is permanently blocked. No reason given just "Circumventing Systems policy" which support refuses to explain. Google does not care about customers, does not care to earn money and does not care to explain any issue to a client and work out a way to solve the problem - they just kick you in the face. Yet you can't talk to anyone - you go around in circles - an automated phone service tells you to look on the website. You can't even reach a real person on the chat. A large company completely lost touch with their customer than they ask, "How are we doing?". You're basically doing everything wrong!
