Abysmal experinence. The app is hard to use, customer service is non existent. I emailed to get a refund because I thought I had already canceled my trial but the subscription amount came out anyway. Sure this could have been my error, but I don't expect to go a week without a response. I'll be initiating a charge back which I don't like to resort to. The cancellation process is also very difficult. There are better apps out there.

Horrible customer care - deeply disappointed with ASOS' customer service. I reached out after missing the return window by just a couple of days due to an unexpected life event - something clearly out of my control.Instead of showing any understanding, I received a cold, copy-and-paste response from someone named Wasim, reiterating policy without compassion. No goodwill gesture, no flexibility, just a flat refusal. For a multimillion-pound company, I expected at least a basic level of human empathy.This experience has seriously made me reconsider shopping with ASOS in the future. Life happens, and the way a brand responds in those moments says everything.

BBB Complaint: #23452522I have contacted amazon's Customer Service 3 times throughout the past few months trying to resolve the issue and I have received convoluted information from each employee. I cancelled an order and returned the items and I was expected to receive a refund in the amount of $171.98. I contacted amazon on June 2 at 1-888-280-4331and I spoke with a representative who "took my updated contact information and assured me that the new card information would be updated since the old card on file was no loner active. The representative Niksil stated "that my card information was added to the system and I should receive my refund in 5-10 business days. On June 10th, I spoke with a representative who told me "there was nothing they could do."I requested to speak to a supervisor Mr. Abhay who was completely indifferent and argumentative. I again, informed him that I spoke to a representative who "took my updated card information" for over 30 minutes I spoke with them on the phone, whom I believed was assisting me. How could this representative take my card information and assure me it was added to the account if its not amazon's policy. These customer service agents outside the U.S have their own set of corrupt practices that they use against American consumers and it goes against basic morale which is embedded in all business transactions. Its an egregious act to accept a consumers money and send a refund to a nonactive account and then create liability for the consumer by sending their payment to a nonactive card-and have no remedy in place to assist the consumer, in retrieving their funds after you have profited from their business.Its a disgrace that this is a matter of business for Amazon. My complaint is noted on BBB website.

Way too expensive for what it is. They jack the price every year it seems. Zero customer service. They do not listen to what the customers want and introduce "features" that slow processes down. Invoices are going to customers spam now as well. The new invoicing in rubbish and auto save is really annoying. Raising a case through Xero Support is a waste of time. If this goes on much longer I will be jumping ship.

I am a Pro on Thumbtack and it charge hefty price for every job lead, for example, on a wedding photography work the potential customer pay range is $700- $1000, Thumbtack charge $80, it is not a big deal if it ended up landing this job, or even if I did not land the job, at least it is a real job out there. Too often I found it is a scammer, or people who never intend to use thumbtack to find a pro, or nutty people who think they deserve and entitle everything free for them. I ended losing the money twice as much as I earned from Thumbtack, If thumbtack is not doing something substantial, I do not see it too far away for Thumbtack belly up

I had a 3tb hhd 2 years out of warranty that i caused to fail !.I asked them if it was possible to recover the 2.7 tb of films i had stored on the drive,they sent me a free return postage (UK to Netherlands),1 month later they returned the hhd AND gave me a brand new 4tb hhd completely free.WHAT A OUTSTANDING COMPANY who goes up and beyond for their valued customers,its things like this that give you hope in the world,they will forever have my support and bussiness.

I don't know what management is like, but something tells me they have 0 interest in adding more then 2 methods for Payouts. I hate PayPal, they use Stripe Standard, meaning no payouts for me as a South African. They say they know of popular requests like Wise and Payoneer but never implements them due to popular demand. Sucks to see they are not interested in growth and improvements. Avoid if you do not use PayPal and Stripe.

Signed up to All4+ “ad free”... what a joke!All good for a few months but now what used to be an ad break before I paid is replaced by an advert for C4 programs even though I’m paying for no adverts. Constantly bombarded with C4 programming ads, so went to website and logged in and guess what... bombarded with ads on the website.I emailed C4 support to ask what’s going on... no reply in a week so cancelled my subscription. I’m now going to report to trading standards. Anyone interested in All4+ then DON’T PAY!!! just go buy Netflix instead. What has happened to C4??

Terrible experience, costumer services it doesn’t exist, I try many times to talk to a REAL person, each time I gave my contact info and never happened. Signing up for the tutorial was truly a nightmare, I signed up for a 6 am tutorial and shortly after 10:30 am tutorial that never happened. And later receiving messages from COSTUMER SERVICES asking for my feedback that obviously no one read it. I’m wandering if were send by a real person…

It is the worst airline I have ever experienced. The flight attendants are bad and rule the plane. We were not seated when we booked tickets for three together. they paid no attention to customer service. I have traveled across the world and this airline has just appointed me so badly. I would never again book Southwest Airlines even at the lowest price. This airline is worth a penny.

Silly me - I ordered a mouse from Logitech in good faith, but hadn't checked the Trust Pilot reviews where I would have seen how poor their service is. Well that has certainly been confirmed as it is now 10 days after ordering and still no sign of the order even being dispatched. I have also been unable to make contact with them after trying different channels on numerous occasions. Thankfully I put payment through on PayPal where I've submitted a refund request.
