Utterly hopeless - no delivery but can't talk to anyone

Updates of my parcel, sitting in the local FedEx depot for a whole week, simply say the same thing every day .. that it's still there. Yet you can't talk to anyone - you go around in circles - an automated phone service tells you to look on the website. You can't even reach a real person on the chat. A large company completely lost touch with their customer than they ask, "How are we doing?". You're basically doing everything wrong!
