Agreeing to comply, I inquired about the appropriate channel for sending the picture. Unfortunately, Pia did not respond for a duration of 30 minutes, despite my attempts to communicate through multiple messages. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to register with xxx, but I received an email stating that I am unable to have two accounts. In an effort to rectify the situation, I sent my driving license to xxx. I am deeply disappointed with the subpar customer service experience I have encountered, as it has resulted in a loss of opportunity amounting to £698.99.
