Wish I could give them zero! We used them this month to sell tickets for an event in June we are holding. We started to sell tickets then they suspended our account. They have given us no reason for this, it is impossible to speak to anyone and they will not release the funds that have been paid from ticket sales so we have had to refund them from our own pocket! This is theft in my opinion, would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I bought a game, Spore on Steam. And tried to use the online parts. For that I needed a CD Key. Steam support didn't have it and said I should go to EA. First the EA mail support didn't work, then I got to the forums where there was a 22 page thread with users with the same problem and EA not fixing it. Then I contacted the EA chat support and indeed they didn't help me register my game for Spore online even though I could show them my receipt. This all took me hours and lucky for me Steam did a full refund, but it is really bad support.

Awful app. Why fix something that isn’t broken. This new version is not user friendly at all. Initially I thought there was a problem so I deleted the app and reinstalled it, only to find the same issues. There seems to be very little space to see articles, the order that things appear doesn’t feel right and you can’t see the same amount of content as previously. I’ll probably delete it as it infuriates me every time I open it.

The standard of weather forecasting, especially recently, has been appalling. Is it unreasonable, particularly given the massive investments made, to expect at least the short term forecasting to be fairly accurate? Much of the time the forecast isnt even close. The medium range forecast is even worse to the point of being totally useless. 'Likely to be wetter and colder in the north west and drier and warmer in the south west' seems to be the general view. You dont say, really!!Stop trying to forecast what the climate will be in a hundred years time (based on the same type of useless computer modelling) and concentrate on the accuracy of short to medium term forecasting.

According to the met office, it should be snowing heavily all day today and should have done yesterday and all night too. We were really looking forward to getting out there and having some fun, but the pavements are barely covered and there’s barely a flake falling. We rarely get it as it is in this part of Essex, so we finally thought we were in with a chance. As usual, they have got it wrong - they are only ever right when they forecast rain. I’m sick of it. Even in this day and age they get it so very wrong.

The translation function itself is good, but this one has poor customer service, unreachable customer service and inexplicable subscription rejection. Rejecting normal purchases and letting those with shared accounts go, this company is truly ridiculous.

The British Broadcasting Confabulators have managed to cement themselves as one of the worst news outlets currently in existence, which makes it shameful for Britain. Their heavy left bias including biased outbursts on air, wreckless censorship of facts, obfuscation of truth, loaded buzzwords, heavy editing to give a carefully sculpted lie that Stalin's photograph editor's would be proud of. Seems fitting the BBC's logo and colour is red. Zero air time for instance on President Biden's Burisma scandal and impending impeachment case for treason/high crime and bribery. A dangerous lie regarding Nigel Farage and his Communist-style closures of his bank accounts by Natwest, Coutts etc. The BBC really are anti-British, anti-human and anti-democracy. It has no idea what journalism is, an embarrassing fall from grace from it's once highly professional, thoughtful and intelligent reporting of the 70s and 80s. Where bias and lies weren't their staple.

Incredibly bad experience for such a famous company. My young daughters worked a lot for the internet order which they ordered and paid immediately on 7 April 2024. They never received anything. Customer Service don't read our mails and keep sending non existing telephone nummers and email adresses. Ultimately they went to a stone store and asked the crew for help. Another telephone number was given, we called them and finally had some contact. They promised to refund their money. This is over 3 weeks ago and no money is refunded. Bad, incredibly bad. Never again my loyal Urban Outfitters fans will order online at their webshop anymore. We are now forced to go to the police.
