I bought a game, Spore on Steam. And tried to use the online parts. For that I needed a CD Key. Steam support didn't have it and said I should go to EA. First the EA mail support didn't work, then I got to the forums where there was a 22 page thread with users with the same problem and EA not fixing it. Then I contacted the EA chat support and indeed they didn't help me register my game for Spore online even though I could show them my receipt. This all took me hours and lucky for me Steam did a full refund, but it is really bad support.
