Incredibly bad experience for such a famous company. My young daughters worked a lot for the internet order which they ordered and paid immediately on 7 April 2024. They never received anything. Customer Service don't read our mails and keep sending non existing telephone nummers and email adresses. Ultimately they went to a stone store and asked the crew for help. Another telephone number was given, we called them and finally had some contact. They promised to refund their money. This is over 3 weeks ago and no money is refunded. Bad, incredibly bad. Never again my loyal Urban Outfitters fans will order online at their webshop anymore. We are now forced to go to the police.
