Recent shopping at Costco; a new high for groceries for us: $700.PROSAttractive, large, well-lit stores; wide aisles; good, deep inventory; large, wide, organic food selections -- even organic dog treats! Descriptions and prices of items are clear and easy to locate.Of course, excellent prices are the main reason for Costco's success.CONSManipulation and insults to shoppers: No descriptive signs anywhere in the store, as to where items, or categories of goods, are located. Worse, no signs on any aisles, so one of forced to go up-and-down each aisle, or risk missing an item on one's shopping list.I don't know of any other retailer that treats their customers like that.I constantly see parents with children forced to go through rows of cookies, ice creams, pizzas, etc., etc. That makes it very difficult for children not to see / ask for generally unhealthy items.

The prices they show online are fake, after having paid for the delievery, they contact you afterwards to tell you that they can't send the package for that amount. They follow up, by telling you that they can cancel the order and send the money back, but who knows when or if you'll ever see that money again...

No chance to use Public IP address once you install Linux instance, only Private IP address is listed. Spent enough time to bring me into stress. All manuals I found from Microsoft are never compatible with their updated Azure interfaces. So what is the purpose of posting them ?

I live in a suburb of Charlotte, NC and the community events aren’t terribly inclusive to my area and the community manager we had previously was more to my liking, but trusted reviews food porn and a fun community. You should be reported to trading standards. I would give this a 0 if I could. There is no reminder that your card is about to be charged, you cannot cancel from your account page, the help or contact functions are not available from the account page; you actually have to do an internet search for how to cancel, get different information, and then just maybe you can successfully cancel. But you can forget about them refunding anything.

Zero support for me too, My Facebook account is in good standing, legit and not banned, but merging with Oculus means I can't sign in to my Oculus account anymore, I put a ticket in on 13th Oct almost 2 weeks ago, they still have not responded on the issue, on asking support they respond "We are dealing with your ticket but because of high demand it's taking extra time, and they are dealing with tickets in order."How many tickets must of been submitted on the first day for me not to be dealt with 13 days later???

Known Microsoft issue has caused me to lose 35 hours of gameplay that doesn't sound like much but I just don't want to play the game over again so I am down £60 for a game that is now useless to me what will Microsoft do about it absolutely nothing this is across the board checkout the hundred of related reviews for baldurs gate 3 on xbox. I am surprised with my whole experience with Logitech. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a new Logitech K380 keyboard from their website. I received it with a pen mark/stain. I called in and the whole process was arduous, to say the least. They first asked for photos for proof. Now they want me to film videos. I called in saying that this seems excessive - why would a customer go through all this hassle of getting a replacement keyboard if they could remove the stain themselves? On top of that, there was no well-meaning apology on their end for sending me a clearly second-hand keyboard. Really poor experience. I would return the keyboard, but after reading reviews here on how customers have not received refunds, I am scared to do so. They also like to take their time in responding to requests (I called in on Friday, the customer service rep told me she will edit the ticket by Tuesday - 5 days in total to only "edit" my ticket). All in all, the customer service protocols have been incredibly disrespectful. I will not buy another product from Logitech again purely because of this tiresome experience. I advise you not to either. EDIT: I never received a response and now they sent me an automated email saying my ticket will now be closed. Disgraceful.

I ordered a Thinkpad X1 Gen9 more than 12 days ago from Lenovo.com Thailand. Before I order chat support told me to order from the "ready to ship" category, if i wanted to get the laptop faster (website said delivery estimate 5-8 days) First they didn't confirm my bank transfer payment, and it took several tries on the phone support to get connected (waited 30-45min each time with no answer) to get through to a lady. She confirmed the payment, but then told me that it would take 1 month+ before they will start to ship the laptop. I of course wasn't satisfied about that, as the website + chat support said 5-8 days estimates, and I need the computer now for work. So I told her to get back to me with a serious estimate on the delivery, and now 8 days later, and several tries to get answer regarding the order status - I still haven't received any reply. Today I couldn't get through the phone support again, and no answers on the email I send. I ordered a laptop from a company I always thought was a well known computer brand, and I must say, I'm honestly chocked about this service. They are not transparent regarding delivery estimates, but still taking your money, upfront, for cashflows. So be aware if you expect to get a laptop within these delivery days, as there website says - if you need the laptop here and now!

I have been a user of LastPass for nearly 5 years. In 2024 the service has become WORTHLESS!!! Many times, I cannot log-in using my MASTER PASS Strong word I've used since inception. There is "NO", ZERO Customer Service; it's just horrific!!! It is impossible to talk or chat with a real person when you can't log into your account. Do not purchase.
Review of hubspot
I paid $180 for an annual subscription so that I could get better data on my email campaigns. After signing up and paying, then uploading my contacts, HubSpot tries to charge me a ridiculous extra amount saying that my contacts are “marketing leads” that you must pay extra for. So I could do a mail merge email blast for free prior to HubSpot, but now after paying them $180, I can’t send any emails to my prospects unless it’s directed to them and only them, can’t send emails without paying Hibspot even MORE MONEY! It’s ridiculous. Did HubSpot source and priced me with those contacts? Nope! So why do they feel they get to charge me extra to context MY OWN CLIENTS?! HubSpot has been an absolute and complete waste of money for me and when I reach out to get help, ha! Good luck! I less you bought their ultra premium plan, there’s no live agent for you to talk to and help troubleshoot any issues you’re having. Maybe if you use them for other thing a they’re good? Idk but all they did was complicate and frustrate my life and charged me hundreds of dollars to do it with zero actual human interaction. If anyone from their company responds to this, that will be the most attention I’ve received from them since purchasing a package with them.
