I am On Auto pay and updated my credit card.They continued to charge my expired card ( which I had removed from my acct.) and sent me an email that I owed 306.00 and was going to have my service shut off. Ernesto,the customer service Rep, was rude and unhelpful.

Brought a snooker table which was dumped on my doorstep in the rain, box damaged and part missing, table damaged, asked for refund, and amazon are supporting the seller with asking me to arrange the return of a 6x3ft pile of junk dumped on my doorstep. in breach of my legal rights to reject defected or damaged goods for free inconvenience free collection and or full refund

Misleading customers on webiste....UNETHICAL

I am an adidas (Adi) Club member which allows discounts and vouchers. The site provides a link to "use voucher on eligible items". I clicked that and chose items to purchase. When checking out, the vouchers/discounts wouldn't work. I completed a chat session and opened a "case". An email was sent which again denied my to use the additional discounts. Customers BEWARE that even though the Adidas site is telling you that you can use your discount on eligible items and even linking you to the products, they will then deny the use. This is VERY unethical, misleading and wrong. Get with it Adidas. As a result, you no longer have my customer loyalty.

Infuriatingly frustrating

Infuriatingly frustrating. Quick to let you sign up and pay. I CANT LOG IN! I just click my admin account and it DOES NOT LOG IN!!!!Support promise to call you and its an international call centre with people screaming in the background like you're at one of their local train stations, and anything they say you cannot understand in the slightest.So, i'm locked out. No admin support. Cant access my new businesses e-mail, havnt been able to for a week and not sure I will ever be able to again

Disappointed New Customer

I placed my order and paid the amount due, I phoned a week later to ask when the order would arrive only to be told it was out of stock as was the case when I placed my order. I do not think my payment should have been taken at the time of ordering if it was out of stock. The usual procedure is to inform the customer when the item is available and taking the payment at that time

NT deletes my records and no response trying to renew membership!

I have tried to renew my membership but my details have been deleted along with membership records. I see they have a new computer system so I wonder if there is a glitch. I have tried to contact via email the membership team providing all info and got what looks to be a generic response asking me to provide all the details- each one requested was in the first email. If not generic then no one actually read the first one. A few more emails resending this and so far nothing. I am also raising the issue as to why they have changed the terms for senior member discount without notifying members. It was 3 years pre 60 to qualify now it has become 3 consecutive years. Given i still cannot renew and was also not advised of this change, i trust when the time comes they will honour my 3 years. Not too impressive, NT.

As a Driver for Lyft this has to be the worst rideshare company ever they really think it's okay to pick up passengers & allow them into your car for $2, the customer service stinks you can't even speak to a real person for any of your concerns & just like with Uber these companies take the word of the passnger over the drivers that keep their low paying, barely a dollar per mile company going! 1star is what you get! PAY YOUR DAMN DRIVERS MORE MONEY!

Lyft and Uber are a joke

I’m a driver for Lyft I started in November and I was making good money for them I went to a platinum driver almost immediately and I carried a a 6 star rating in December my car broke down and I was out of work for 2 months while I tried to repair my car finally got a loan to get it fixed so I could return to work for them and the first 2.5 weeks were good then I started getting less and less rides until I was making only 20.00 to 26.00 dollars a day and when I complained about it I was told that they were just being fair to the other drivers i later found out that they fairness was that the other drivers were getting 2 to 3 times more riders than I was sounds like sour grapes but I don’t care anymore. I would tell anyone in Yuma Arizona to stop using Lyft or Uber here because you will get the same rude inconsiderate people thank you for your time

Functions Not Working/Laughable Support

My client, a small non-profit with a PAID Jotform account, had me create (only) two forms in the past 10 months. The support is laughable. I have filed 16 support tickets in this time; three remain unresolved. There is an average 7.5 responses from "support" for each ticket, many of which don't apply to problem. My client has paid me for the hours I've spent trying to resolve these problems. I continue to try to convince them to go to a more reliable form software. MANY of my support tickets have been labeled "Private" by Jotform, so they don't appear in a forum (because the responses are embarrassing to Jotform), so others may not benefit from my work. I see that Jotform is anxious to roll out new functions, but first need to focus on the existing that aren't working properly.

I was a loyal reader of the Magazine which was in the 1970-1980 one out the most authoritative Economic review. It's a pity that, since Finance entered and recently a Multinational, biased articles are not anymore a reference for economists and searchers. Editors don't have, sometimes, inspiration that a high price of subscription needs high level of quality and professional integrity. Once Finance considers unprofitable a review, they drop it!

Google cannot find their own YouTube videos, it just doesn't exist to them. Just search for Dark Eyed Cajun Woman on YONEZARD2000's account. I guess Google doesn't like YouTube very much and want you to use Spotify or other competitors instead.
