I would give this a 0 if I could. There is no reminder that your card is about to be charged, you cannot cancel from your account page, the help or contact functions are not available from the account page; you actually have to do an internet search for how to cancel, get different information, and then just maybe you can successfully cancel. But you can forget about them refunding anything.
