I am surprised with my whole experience with Logitech. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a new Logitech K380 keyboard from their website. I received it with a pen mark/stain. I called in and the whole process was arduous, to say the least. They first asked for photos for proof. Now they want me to film videos. I called in saying that this seems excessive - why would a customer go through all this hassle of getting a replacement keyboard if they could remove the stain themselves? On top of that, there was no well-meaning apology on their end for sending me a clearly second-hand keyboard. Really poor experience. I would return the keyboard, but after reading reviews here on how customers have not received refunds, I am scared to do so. They also like to take their time in responding to requests (I called in on Friday, the customer service rep told me she will edit the ticket by Tuesday - 5 days in total to only "edit" my ticket). All in all, the customer service protocols have been incredibly disrespectful. I will not buy another product from Logitech again purely because of this tiresome experience. I advise you not to either. EDIT: I never received a response and now they sent me an automated email saying my ticket will now be closed. Disgraceful.
